House Seaside - 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms - A hidden gem right on Silver Sands Beach on the most southern point of Barbados “ House Seaside", built in 1920 and beautifully restored to most modern standards while maintaining it’s colonial style, is a charming coral stone building beautifully situated at the water's edge on the western end of Silver Sands beach. This elegant, colonial style house is a striking ocean front property. The two bedrooms / two bathrooms apartment on the ground floor has an airy, open plan design. Exposed coral stone walls combine with antique and modern furniture to create an atmosphere that is stylish yet throughly comfortable. Two French doors lead from the living room onto a spacious, partly roof covered and partly open air patio, which is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. An elevated wooden deck, cooled by the gentle trade winds and sheltered by a coconut tree, is another perfect spot for alfresco dining or simply relaxing and letting the magnificent panorama of turquoise Caribbean water delight the eyes. An aura of casual elegance, privacy and cool comfort make "Seaside" a unique holiday home, serviced by our trained, delightful staff. A limited maid service, changing towels and sheets (on request) every three days is already included in our rates. Additional services can be arranged for a small charge and depending on availability of a corresponding staff member. The bed configuration in house Seaside is a queen size bed and a twin bed in the spacious master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Amenities to mention are complementary high speed wireless internet access, satellite-tv, stereo systems with ipod / iphone docks, optional private tel./cell phones, complete info on restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, personalized airport pick up/drop, taxi service, rental car arrangements, free on site parking, just to mention some of Inchcape’s features. The ocean and beach front property of the Inchcape Seaside Villas & Apartments where house Seaside is located, is home to several spacious individual houses, located right on the white sand beach of Silver Sands, all with tropical gardens and views of the Caribbean Sea, all tastefully furnished and fully equipped and self contained, one of those being “House Seaside”.

Laundry service is offered by our maids on property at a small cost.

Holidays in paradise...

I spent 12 days with my familiy in Barbados and it was by far the best Holiday ever. Our Appartment in House Seaside was perfect. Big and spacious, lovingly furnished and above all very very clean. And enyoy a Cup of coffee every morning with a sensational view of the atlantic Ocean. Rosie and Wolfgang, the wonderful owner of this great facility were Always with great tips to the side. We wil come again!!!!

A very nice stay at a beautiful location. Everything was well cleaned and the customer service was excellent. The owners are as friendly as the other people who live there. These two weeks were simply the best weeks of my life. I can really recommend the property to friends. I´m glad that I visited this place and made some new friends there.

Very amazing holidays

It’s like being transported to a different place..

Stunning So comfortable - stayed at the Seaside and the rugged beauty really swept us away Wolfgang is a gracious host and we had everything we needed. Such a beautiful villa with character and charm - a very large unit with all the space and conveniences - even the wifi works good A good quiet spot from which to travel both coasts

Beautiful place with wonderful apartments

We stayed in the apartment sunset downstairs for 2 weeks. The apartments for self-catering are nice, but also appropriately furnished, offer plenty of space, the service by the maids is great and because of the location close to the sea it is never too hot. If we have a wish or a question, the managers Wolfgang and Rosie always gladly help us. About Wolfgang we got a rental car, with which we went everywhere well. We can absolutely recommend the facility

beautiful getaway

We stayed for a week and loved it. The owners were very responsive to emails, and happy to recommend things on the island / what to do. The Courtyard (where we stayed) had a view of the ocean and the master bedroom / house was always cool from the ocean breeze. It was heavenly falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean!

Perfect place tonbe

We enjoyed our holidays in the "Seaside House" very much. The Property was in best condition and well fitted from big flatscreen to the whole kitchenstuff. The pleasant owner is very friendly and helpfull. For example the taxi pick up service from the airport, the rental car was brought to the apartment. We loved the exiting view from our big terrace. The seabreeze makes a perfect climate possible, so that we spent many hours at that wonderful place with everything to make it outside comfortable. The beach is nearby and makes a swim easy. Watersport all around surfing is possible in front of the house. You just have to open the gardengate. The local restaurants in the neighborhood have best fresh fish. For us was it a perfect place to be wih many impressive moments and can recommend it to everybody.

Brilliant - look and see

My family and I went on vacation to Barbados in the fall. We were warmly welcomed at the airport. After a 15 minute taxi ride we arrived in our apartment complex. The Inchcape Seaside Villas. The owners, Rosi and Wolfgang, welcomed us very friendly. The couple has lived on this island for 25 years and made surfing popular here. The beautifully located apartment complex makes you feel right at home in the spacious and well-kept rooms. Barbados is really a paradise and we will be back soon. Michi & Family

Lovely apartments right on a wonderful beach

Inchcape is a hidden gem in one of the friendliest countries I have ever been to. We loved our apartment and to eat and spend time on our terrace right by the sea. Inchcape is perfectly located. There is peace and quiet and it’s also only 5 minutes away from the action at the Oisting fish market. We enjoyed the whole property, loved everything about our stay at the Inchcape Villas and also the island of Barbados.

Lovely apartments right on a wonderful beach

Stunning location and great value for money......

We've now enjoyed four stays at this great location and have no hesitation in giving it 5 stars. You really can't go wrong with any of the properties on offer. We always book direct with Wolfgang and Rosi and this has always been a real pleasure since we know we're in safe hands. (There's a load of other places we wouldn't touch unless it was through a tour operator!). You will need a car if staying more than a few days since the best beach for swimming (Miami Beach) is, like Oistins, about a ten minute drive away. Steve's "Surfers Bay Beach Bar" is a short walk away and offers pretty good food albeit at a bit of a price hike over previous years. It still offers a great atmosphere and some good live music on Sunday's and mid week.(Band "X" not sure about the trombone player). The cottages at Inchcape are maintained really well and the cleaners are all excellent - our favourite though is Norma who always manages those little extra touches that can make your stay even more memorable. Yes, we would recommend Inchcape to our best friends - not sure we'd want relatives to stay though.....

I cannot express what a complete sanctuary Inchcape Seaside Villas are... a tranquil location with a stunning beachfront view. We rented Seaside Villa which has direct beach access and a wonderful outside deck to read, enjoy the sunshine, watch the every changing beach waves and sip an evening cocktail. While the waves are strong and ideal for surfers / kite surfers you are still able to cool off in the beach surf, just not suitable for swimming. The villa itself is simply beautiful, well appointed and super clean. We wanted for nothing with the amazing happy, staff taking care of us daily. Wolfgang and Rosie are superb hosts ...nothing is too much trouble....from booking to departure ...thank you....we are truly sad to leave tomorrow but will be back for sure. A vacation gem not to passed up...sssssh

Wonderful

My daughter and I stayed a week at Inchcape Seaside Villas. The place is quiet and beautiful. The Coconut Studio where we stayed, is a small, clean and comfortable apartment. People are kind and very hospitable. I totally recommend it, especially for those who like windsports.

Feeling Good In The Carribean

Again and again we travel to Barbados to the Inchcape. It was now the 4th time. The apartments for self-catering are nice, but also appropriately furnished, offer plenty of space, the service by the maids is great and because of the location close to the sea it is never too hot. If we have a wish or a question, the managers Wolfgang and Rosie always gladly help us. Their hospitality is legendary, this time Rosie baked delicious apple and plum cake and she showed us how lobster is prepared for dinner. On the terrace we had had stimulating conversations. About Wolfgang we got a rental car, with which we went everywhere well. If we had no desire for self-catering, there were eating possibilities close to us, where there was something suitable for every wish. The day we always started with bathing in the surf directly in front of Inch Cape, on the beach, where we could also make windsurfing and other great water sports. This time we liked the zoo, the caves in the north of the island and the Concorde Museum at the airport. We can recommend Barbados at the Inch Cape. It certainly will not be the last time for us at this beautiful place.

Inchcape Villas is a cluster of beautifully maintained classic coral villas on a headland in the Caribbean. Accommodation is understated but comfortable. Everything is clean and reliable. Car rental is a must.

Home away from Home

Inchcape Seaside is our "home away from home". It's so relaxing sitting on the veranda enjoying the view of the blue ocean! Wolfgang and Rosi's hospitality is beyond anyone can imagine! From Relaxing, dinning and Golfing, Inchcape seaside, Barbados is a dream vacation!

Ruhe und Erholung PUR!

Erst einmal ein herzliches Danke an Rosi, Wolfgang und ihr Team! Sie haben sich wirklich toll um uns gekümmert. Ob im Vorfeld, via Mail oder während unseres Aufenthalts auf der Anlage. Die Wohnungen sind mit Stil eingerichtet, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Vom Coconut Studio hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Hängematte im eigenen Garten lädt zum gemütlichen verweilen ein. Der Name schon erahnen lässt, hat man auch vom Seaside Studio einen herrlichen Blick auf die Wellen und das wunderschön, türkis Farben Meer. Südlich gelegen, ist dies ein Ort an dem immer ein Lüftchen weht, für Surfer und Kiter ein idealer Spot. Die kleine Stadt Ostins, auf der sich der größte Fischmarkt der Insel befindet, ist mit dem Auto oder dem Bus in ca. 10 Min. zu erreichen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist hier der Freitag Abend, wenn sich die Bajans auf das Wochenende einstimmen. Ich habe noch nie ein Land besucht, in dem die Menschen so freundlich und zuvorkommend sind. Die Bajans lieben halt ihre Touristen!

Stunning & Comfortable

I had the pleasure of spending two weeks at Inchcape. I have known this location for many years . You are right in front of the ocean and away from the busy south coast, however everything you need (shops and restaurants) is well within reach . The apartment was a comfortable spacious one bedroom , clean, and decorated in stylish fashion. The property is equipped with cable tv and wi-fi so staying connected was not a problem. The sound of wind and the ocean accompanied my sleep every night, while the mornings were soothed by the sound of the birds singing. No matter whether you are a windsurfer, kitesurfer or just want to relax on the beach, swim or just lie in the sun on this lovely beach, this is the place to be When staying at Inchcape I recommend visiting Surfer's bay (you can walk to it from Inchcape) a great beach bar with good vibes and food, with the occasional live etertainment on some nights. Also Chicken Rita (the world famous fried chicken) is an experience and is located very near the property. Fish Market in Oistins and miami beach are less than 5 mins by car. Definitely recommend staying here and hopefully will stay again soon.

Perfect

Aufgrund den durchweg positiven Bewertungen haben wir uns für das Inchcape Seaside entschieden. Wir waren insgesamt für 11 Tage bei Wolfgang zu Gast und haben uns im Gartenappartement rundum wohl gefühlt. Im Vorfeld hatte sich Wolfgang um unseren Mietwagen gekümmert und hatte unsere Fragen immer super schnell per Email beantwortet. Am Tag unserer Ankunft wurden wir direkt am Flughafen von Rodney abgeholt, der uns noch an einen Supermarkt fuhr. Wir wurden im Appartement von Norma und Natalie herzlich empfangen. Auch unser Mietwagen wurde direkt vorbeigebracht. Alles top organisiert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht. Große und kleine Handtücher im Bad und in der Küche war auch alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Unterkunft selbst liegt etwas außerhalb, wobei in der näheren Umgebung ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Restaurant ist, das Surfer´s Bay, das wir bei dieser Gelegenheit ebenfalls empfehlen können. Oistins ist ca, 5min mit dem Auto weg. Hier gibt es größere Supermärkte, Tankstellen, Restaurants usw. Der Strand direkt am Inchcape ist nicht zum schwimmen geeignet bzw. wir hätten uns dort nicht in die Wellen getraut. Wir können jedem der seinen Urlaub in Barbados verbringt das Inchcape Seaside Villas wärmstens ans Herz legen. Außerhalb der großen Hotelanlagen, wo man in Ruhe entspannen und abschalten kann.

Paradise

We are visiting Inchcape for many years. It became our second home and perfect place to stay on our holidays. The owners Wolfgang and Rosi fulfil an outstanding service for their guests. The property is always clean, well-kept and all equipment is well maintained. A close access to the beach and the variety of sport possibilities (land and water sports) is my recommendation for an active vacation. Inchcape is a paradise !

it was a wonderful vacation. The inchcape villas is right on the beach, the location just gorgeous. The apartments are all colonial and do not only look great, but are very tastefully decorated. The owners, Wolgang and Rosi, are perfect hosts and leave nothing to be desired. It is also a brilliant place for kiters and windsurfers. My husband and me will definitely be back

I´m loving it

Our first time on Barbados-and we were lucky to stay at Inchcape. We rented "House Seaside", a beautiful two bedroom two bathroom villa equipped with everything we could wish for. Wolfgang and Rosi arranged everything for us starting with the airport pickup and the car hire even our fridge was filled when we arrived sunday evening. The beach is right on your doorstep and your first and last impression of the day is the sound of the waves. The kids loved the company of Peanut (the dog) and enjoyed the "private beach". We spent many evenings on the sundeck and enjoyed a Banks or two... It was hard to leave and we can´t wait to be back.

We are the people who discovered Silver Sands for the sport of windsurfing. We were the first windsurfers in Silver Sands and made Silver Sands known as one of the best wave windsurfing and kitesurfing spots in the world. We are part responsible for the boost in tourism for the area we are located in. Numerous articles written by us and written by others about us and our activities, which were published in magazines wold wide and so contributed to lift the south coast of Barbados on the world map for outdoor activities as windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP, surfing, boogie boarding cycling and many other sports. And in the tailwind of those who are now coming to take advantage of our incredible outdoor sports conditions, the ones who just seek to relax on a white sand beach also make a good percentage of tourist arrivals to the island.

The Inchcape Seaside Villas are situated in a unique location, right on the water at the western end of Silver Sands Beach. Inchcape, as it presents itself today, developed from a plantation property in 1920 and combines now the charm of the old with all modern amenities. Due to our location and proximity to the water we enjoy the best climate Barbados has to offer.
The houses have constantly been renovated and upgraded and Inchcape is recognized today as a unique and one of the most luxurious properties of such a kind in Barbados. Our beach is a beautiful and almost private beach, and has it all, from calm waters like on a pond to a small shore break at one end of the beach, which makes it the perfect beach paradise which again suits a broad range of holiday makers. Silver Sands Beach can be for everybody, from the sport enthusiast to the one who just wants to relax and enjoy the beautiful turquoises waters of this pristine white sand beach.
