Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. A self-contained wing of a lovely Cotswold house, enjoying a quiet rural position with glorious views over the Painswick Valley. The charming interior is well furnished and from the living room there are French windows to the gardens. Close to the historic town of Painswick and Slad village of Laurie Lee fame. Ideally holiday placed for touring in unspoilt landscapes enhanced by many fine houses, gardens and ancient Roman interests. Cheltenham and Gloucester within 10 miles, Bath 30 miles. London is only 1 hour and 20 minutes by train from Stroud station. Shop and pub 1 mile.

A great location for walking and the Cotswolds. Lovely paths around the village suitable for walking with young children. Accommodation was spacious and well equipped for our needs. Nearest shop and pub only a short drive away. Brilliant views of the hills from the windows in the accommodation and substantial garden space available to sit in.
