Upside down family cottage, fantastic views over Benllech Bay and on to Puffin Island, beach just 100 yards.. Ground Floor:

Living/dining room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, DVDs

Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer. Economy 7 central heating and electricity (£30per week, £15 per short break, October–March), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Courtyard with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Set in the seaside village of Benllech, this three bedroom upside-down mews is a very comfortable home from home. This holiday property has an open-plan living area offering spectacular views over the beach of Benllech Bay as well as far-reaching views of Puffin Island, The Great Orme and Snowdonia National Park. The large sandy beach is just 100 yards from the property making it ideal for family use. For those who enjoy watersports, the areas of Menai and Beaumaris are a short drive away. Anglesey offers excellent cycle and walking routes, along with several golf courses and the historic castle at Beaumaris. Shops 300 yards, pub 400 yards, restaurant 100 yards.

We had a fabulous four day stay in Sailfish, there was a lovely welcome pack. the upstair lounge was spacious and comfortable with amazing views over the bay, allowing us to watch the stunning sunrises,.. weather permitting.. amenities were good, the hot water pressure could be improved though, just a trickle through the kitchen tap. Despite this we wouldn’t hesitate to go back .

The only reason they gave 9 for value was they weren’t allowed into the property before 5pm and had to be Out by 9am so half a glorious day lost due to COVID-19 wish we had known that earlier. We had a well deserved, relaxing break with our labrador. The dog friendly beach is fantastic, the coastal walk has breathtaking views and although some of the amenities were still closed due to corona, the ones that were open served really good food. The enclosed outside space of the property measured approximately 10 ft x 20ft as a patio area with no views, however, there were fabulous views of the beach from the upstairs lounge. Absolutely loved this place, it is cosy and has everything you need for your stay.

Absolutely loved this place, it is cosy and has everything you need for your stay. The beds are really comfy, the view is amazing. Would recommend an update on the directions as they are a bit unclear as some of the landmarks have changed. Would definitely go again.

Was a decent place to stay but is in need of updating and repair. Has Yale latch lock on door so would not recommend for families with younger children. There are 2 other similar properties in the terrace that are in much better condition so if I go to this area again would pick 1 of them over this 1

This is a great cottage in a good location.

This is a great cottage in a good location. However, it took us an hour to find it from some very poor instructions, not welcome at the end of a long drive. The view is particularly stunning and the cottage moderately equipped to meet needs. There were a number of small things that were broken or out of date that if replaced would make this a 10 out of 10 place to stay

Well equiped cottage with bedrooms and bathroom on ground floor so you have a good view over the bay from the upstairs lounge. Parking at rear is hidden from road so I left satnav in car.Easy walk to the beach 2 minutes but it is uphill going back. Nearest beach is dog friendly between October and first of may May and there is a walkway to another beach May to October
