A very enjoyable stay, amongst beautiful surroundings.
A very enjoyable stay, amongst beautiful surroundings. The cottage was very well equipped, and I loved the microwave (very easy to use). The freezer needs some attention, as one of the drawers has broken. The WiFi was very poor, but then in a rural location, this was only to be expected. The potholes were a problem, but this was in Dumfries and Galloway generally, and not specific to the cottage.

We had a very relaxing holiday and enjoyed the beautiful scenery.
We had a very relaxing holiday and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. The sheep were very entertaining in their own way. Could do with a little more information on the local walks around the cottage as we were unsure what was public right of way. Weather not very good but we still had a nice time and have booked to stay again.
