A free outdoor heted swimming pool (season) and playing field can be found just a 5-minute walk away. This location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts and those wishing to unwind in a beautiful, relaxing and peaceful setting. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

The house is very spacious and comfortable with everything one might need being provided.

The house is very spacious and comfortable with everything one might need being provided. It is near a pub and shop but the village is very quiet though with easy access to the Lakes. There are good walks nearby and quiet lanes perfect for cycling. Most importantly for us, dogs are made very welcome - our four had a wonderful time, as did their six adults. Majestic and homely

Algars Garth was a beautiful majestic mansion. The Landlords were extremely helpful and consistently went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as could be. Well recommended.
