A former shepherd’s cottage, this property is a short drive from Tenby, with its beach, restaurants and shops.. 1 step to entrance.

Nestled down a quiet country lane in the small hamlet of Lamphey, this charming, semi-detached holiday cottage has been well-presented throughout and offers an ideal base for a couple looking to explore the spectacular coastline of beautiful Pembrokeshire. Located on the owners’ working sheep farm, the former shepherd’s cottage, dating back to the early 19th century, has been lovingly restored to retain much of its original charm and character. Lots of welcoming touches have been added, including a blazing woodburner for those cosy nights in! Sit back and relax on the private courtyard and watch the sun set over the rolling countryside, or from the doorstep take a stroll down the scenic country lane and discover the ruins of the 13th-century Bishops Palace, which stands peacefully in idyllic grounds. Guests can indulge themselves in the nearby spa, which offers numerous leisure facilities and holistic therapies. Take a short drive to the tranquil harbour towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot, and discover their unblemished beaches, boutique gift shops and irresistible restaurants, with freshly caught fish always on the menu! For interesting days out, visit the numerous enchanted sites dotted around the county, including the off-shore island of Caldey, with its Cistercian monks and monastery, or visit the magnificent Norman castle of Pembroke, famous for being the birthplace of Henry VII. For the more active, golf, fishing, horse riding and watersports can be found nearby. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
