Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electric, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. . On road parking. No smoking. One medium sized pet welcome.. Sea Blue Cottage is a great little hideaway, perfectly positioned only yards from Scarborough’s award-winning sandy beach and sea front, providing a perfect holiday home which enhances the nearby sea views from the living room. The owners have done a fantastic renovation of this 150-year-old property into a well-equipped holiday retreat.



Within seconds, guests can be sitting on the beach or paddling in the sea, and there are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants within close proximity. The town of Scarborough, with its great shopping area, is only a matter of yards away. It is an ideal base for couples or families looking to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire.



There is a choice of two bays to explore; the South Bay has all the hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside resort, with donkeys, amusements and pleasure steamers, including the famous pirate ship. The North Bay is much quieter, with a long promenade to stroll along, and at the end the guests will reach the Sea Life Centre and the Open Air Theatre, the largest open-air theatre in Europe.



Scarborough also has the benefit of a 12th Century castle, which has breathtaking views across the coastline, and during the summer months there are events taking place, a great place for children. The town of Scarborough has much offer in the form of the Rotunda Museum, the art gallery or the famous Scarborough Spa, in all Scarborough has something for everyone.

Beautiful place.

Beautiful place. Perfect location. Found it a bit difficult to find the key safe. Arrived at the property and it was lovely and nice and warm, this is in December and really appreciated being greeted with this warmth. All clean and everything you needed. Nice welcome pack including tea and coffee. Would recommend and would stay here again Sarah & Colin. Staffordshire

Really lovely well equipped flat, very clean.

Really lovely well equipped flat, very clean. I personally found the mattress a little hard but did sleep pretty well. Loved the shower, worked well and the options. The view was great to come into the living room and look straight out on to the beach and the sea. The parking is a little bit of a pain with having to be in the car park at end of road. At least you get 40 minutes roadside to unpack and re pack your car to go home. I would highly recommend the flat my husband and I enjoyed 4 nights of peace and time alone. Hope everyone has a lovely time who rent it out in the future.
