Nice Place
The house is really nicely situated in a park. With an open fireplace. However, negative is the dining table that is too small, the gate grille for the car cannot be opened by itself and the heating is sometimes too cold and sometimes too hot. but you have to be aware that the house is old. All in all, we would book the house again.

Duffs Cottage is excellently situated for visiting all the local attractions of Loch Ness.
Duffs Cottage is excellently situated for visiting all the local attractions of Loch Ness. We loved the small lodge and had lovely log fires in the evenings, although the central heating worked fine, it was very cosy. Lovely comfortable double bed and perfect single room for our daughter. Plenty of grounds around the castle for exploring and wildlife watching. There were deer, badgers and red squirrels and lots of lovely birds to see! Would definitely recommend. Great little lodge, handy location for visiting the highlands.
Great little lodge, handy location for visiting the highlands. The main double bed was very comfortable, however the single beds were very noisy when turning over. The furniture in the lounge area was ok but not the comfiest. The fire in the lounge was lovely but we didn’t feel the need to use it as the heating was very effective. The grounds were lovely. All in all we enjoyed our week in Duffs lodge. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
