Lovely warm welcome Myself, my partner and 2 dogs stayed for a week for some much needed rest. We had a lovely warm welcome, then settled into this beautiful clean well equipped cottage with a private back garden The tv had Netflix, just log your details in. There was a lovely touch of coffee tea juice and biscuits .Everything was perfect down to a fantastic hot tub. Lovely and hot.Wainfleet st.Mary's is a quaint Lincolnshire village with plenty of amenities. Lots of walks with the dogs. Skegness is close by for the beach walks and fish and chips. If chinese food is your thing , we used the local and it was delicious. Apart from the co-op most shops including takeaways only take cash.Check out the fuel station on the high St.

Lovely little cottage in good position by a river .

Lovely little cottage in good position by a river .we had terrible weather but the cottage is nice and warm ideal for the conditions. The village Wainfleet minutes away across the bridge has most amenities needed like a co op couple of pubs the wallpack was handy as served food and you can take dogs in. Hot tub was good as well even in the bad weather the only downer was looking forward to a bit of fishing but the banks are to steep & river was so silted up from the bad weather.so gave it a miss saying that would definitely use again hope for better weather next time.
