This cottage is superb.

This cottage is superb. It is exceptionally well-equipped and presented so very well. The photos dont do justice to the accommodation. The village of Langcliffe is stunning and all the people we met were lovely. The location was very convenient to the other areas in the Dales and southern Lake District.Evening sunsets as seen from the lane above Langcliffe were gorgeous and one could have a fabulous and restful holiday just staying in the cottage and taking local walks in the beautiful vicinity of Langcliffe. We went further afield for drives around the Dales which is a wonderful rural area.Susanne was very helpful from the outset, and is an effective and lovely communicator. Her advice and guidance made this an even better holiday. We had two dogs and this cottage was safe and ideal for them too.We will be recommending the cottage and area to others and hope to return.Diolch yn fawr/Thank you very much Susanne.

Lovely cottage just outside Settle in a beautiful village, within easy reach of some of the best places to visit in the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is wonderfully stocked for you to cook in the cottage, lots of books, DVDs and games to play, good sized rooms and a stunning view out of the top window. There are two sets of stairs from the middle floor to the top double room. Perfect for a family of five. Just be aware you can't park outside, you need to park up the road or in the village car park - both are only a few moments away though, so not an issue. It's a lovely spot and very quiet as the village is not blighted as many are by the main road running through it. The cottage is spotless, spacious and exceptionally well equipped. There are no pubs or shops in walking distance so you have to be prepared to jump in the car but it is really well placed for visiting local attractions and walking the local area

Just one gentle remark with regard to the score of 8 for comfort: we had to keep the heating on more than usual due the draft coming through the front door due to the lack of a curtain. Equipment was really good.
