Just steps away from the swimming pool, this apartment offers ocean views, a private patio and the opportunity to have a vacation you will always remember. The unit has a rattan, queen-sized sleigh style bed, shower and kitchen. Enjoy eating inside, poolside or take a short walk to several restaurants down the street.
Air conditioning, ceiling fan and carribbean shuttered windows allows comfort in all seasons. Pool/beach towels are also provided.
The Palms at Carina Bay is a private villa and the apartment is located on the lower, pool level. There is a private entrance for our guests' convenience. The villa is just east of the Divi Resort and Casino which offers several restaurants, entertainment, even a putt-putt golf course. And the beach is only a 2-3 minute walk away!

As a child, I had the opportunity to live in Puerto Rico which has given me a great love for the Caribbean. We purchased our home with the intent to retire here on St. Croix. We are enjoying becoming a part of the local community and exploring the island. As a photographer, I am really in heaven!
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this home the minute we saw it. The location offers tropical breezes, incredible ocean views and easy access to restaurants, beaches, watersports, markets, etc. We have spent the past few years making this house our island home.
What makes this property unique
Being able to walk to the beach in less than five minutes was a real bonus to us. Plus, there are numerous pristine beaches within a 5-10 minute drive!
