Do not book through this third party

We requested an oceanfront room via the rental agency. They assured us we had ocean view. Upon arrival to the property we checked in and we’re put in a north side room overlooking 2 garbage dumpsters, a construction dumpster and a parking lot. The only option to move rooms after a non refundable booking was a view of a palm tree and parking lot on the first floor. We paid a premium for this week and would have checked out upon arrival if we had booked direct with the property. Definitely not the way you want to spend a chill family vacation at a 4 star property. They rental agents are out of state and not familiar with the resort. They proceeded to say too bad so sad and claimed they were transparent we had a view of the ocean. Beware.
