*** Cozy and elegant studio located in a strategic position in the center of Turin: a few steps from the Porta Nuova station and the metro stop Re Umberto, in a beautiful historic building overlooking the city. It is an ideal place for short stays for business or pleasure: the area is full of restaurants, bars, shops, bars for drinks and many other services that will make your stay in Turin unforgettable.
*** 20 sqm studio, comfortable and multifunctional. It is located on the 5th floor with a lift (the last flight of stairs is on foot) and can accommodate up to 2 people. The apartment has a good organization of space and has a relaxation area with a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven with built-in microwave and induction hob. Bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer. Additional services available to guests: WiFi, TV, heating, laundry, iron and ironing board.
*** The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay and there are no shared spaces. Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.
*** Upon arrival you will be asked to pay in cash:
- the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Turin by guests from the twelfth year of age, equal to € 2.3 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;
*** At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.
Early check-in is possible depending on availability, if there are no other outgoing guests. Late check-out is available if there are no other incoming guests.
Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- between 21.30 and 23. 00: 25 euros
- between 23.00 and 24.00: 30 euros
- over 24.00: 40 euros
