New, modern decor upstairs apartment overlooking St. Mellons Golf Course. 1 bedroom with king-size bed and clothes hanging space. 1 bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Double sofa bed in the open plan living area/kitchen fitted with an oven, grill and hob, a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.

1 off road parking space with the Number 30 or X5 bus service 2 minutes walk away approximately every 15 minutes on the A48. Ideally situated for business or short stays in Cardiff or Newport. 15 minute drive into the centre of both Cities.

Please note in some areas of the apartment there is restricted headroom. (See photos).

    Net appartement boven een prive garage. Toegang prive. Keurig onderhouden. Alles beschikbaar wat was aangeboden (inclusief koekjes). Enige nadeel is dat met harde wind de garagedeur veel geluid maakt. Dat slaapt iets minder.
