In a typical hamlet of the valley, 5 minutes from the resort, near the free shuttles, beautiful new chalet, classified 4 stars, ideal for stay large family, children are welcome, or friends. Detached chalet with garage for 2 cars, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, ski room. Large living room upstairs with fully equipped kitchen, lounge dining room with large table monastery and wood stove. Wood reserve available. Master bedroom with bathroom - shower and separate wc. On the floor 2 big rooms, with double bed (140 and 160), 1banquette bz, and a family with 2 single beds adults (90x190) and 2 bunk beds children. Bathroom with bath and shower, separate wc. Large mezzanine with sofa, reading room or game room. Beautiful covered terrace facing south, sheltered. Large lot under development. Non smoking chalet. No animals. Possibility rental linen, 100 € for 10 people. Access facility. Sport 2000 special rate, 20% discount during school holidays. Saturday to Saturday rental.
