Renovated, our charming stone fishermen is 500 meters from the bay BEAUSSAIS. It can accommodate up to 10 people.

4 bedrooms include en suite bath and toilet. On the ground floor: a dining room with private bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, living room opening onto a LOVELY PORCH built timber frame. Very bright with its windows and its glass roof, comfortable in summer and winter. A beautifully tiled terrace, cocktail lounge.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 have a view of the sea.

You go on the private car park and you're already in the 2000 meters Park. You will observe a large courtyard where the small lighthouse that is located in your way at night will illuminate. Also a nice tiled terrace furnished with garden furniture, parasols, barbecue.
In the vast park enclosed of 2000 m2, you can relax on loungers in the shade of straw huts.

Saint-Jacut sea offers a wide range of water activities to enjoy with family or friends to stay even more enjoyable. So, enjoy the coastal path, you will discover the sea, beaches, coves. The island of Ebihens where you can walk on foot at every tide idyllic location.

Vacances d'hiver sur la côte d'Emeraude

Le gîte est bien situé , nous avons pu marcher dans les environs malgré un temps pluvieux...et aller admirer des sites comme le Guildo, le Cap Fréhel, Fort la Latte, le Cap d'Erquy, Dinard et la cité de St Malo, ainsi que Dinan et ses belles maisons à pans de bois...

Aangenaam huis, zeer goed gelegen om Bretagne te verkennen

We hebben hier een leuke week doorgebracht. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk, en het huis was netjes. Elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer en toilet. In het algemeen is het huis en zeker de tuin wel aan een opfrissing toe. De centrale ligging maakt dat heel veel uitstappen om minder dan een uur rijden liggen.
