On a large 7,000 m2 garden, a new contemporary architect's house with bold cubic shapes awaits you. The view is clear, not overlooked, on the countryside, the peninsula of Saint Jacut and the bay of Lancieux. The garden borders the GR 34 and the greenway 4. The house is bathed in light. Baie de la Beaussais 10 mins walk. Great tranquility. St Malo, Dinan, Dinard 30 mins by car. Modern and casual interior style.

Very nice and bright house, beautiful volume of bedrooms, beautiful terraces. Hiking path at the end of the garden with routes provided by the owner, good walks to do. Wild coast with very beautiful beaches. We take advantage of the calm of the countryside while being close to the beaches and the magnificent town of Dinan (not to be missed). We had a great week.

17 nights spent at "La Beaussais" which leave us with an excellent memory. A very pleasant gîte ideally located between Cap Fréhel and Saint-Malo. The residential environment is significant. The "rural" setting guarantees absolute silence; ideal for resting and recharging your batteries, while enjoying the splendor of the Emerald Coast. Thank you of course to the owner, Pascal, friendly, available, who offers quality accommodation ... An essential address in the Côtes d'Armor!

Impeccable. Very quiet location, varied region and very beautiful to visit. We also took advantage of very favorable weather. Impeccable, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Attentive, organized and helpful welcome from the owner.

Gute Lage, schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt absolut ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 4 km entfernt. Die Lage nahe Dinard, St. Malo, Cap Frehel und die Nähe zur rosa Granitküste bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Das Haus verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, drei schöne Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Die knallrote Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Terasse mit Blick auf Wiesen und Felder lädt zum Grillen und Entspannen ein. Wir haben hier zwei schöne Wochen verbracht. Die Strände der Umgebung brauchen sich gegenüber der Karibik nicht zu verstecken. Das Meer könnte 2 bis 3 Grad wärmer sein, aber das türkisfarbene saubere Wasser verlockte uns immer wieder zum Baden.

New, modern design in the heart of Brittany. The house was spotless and very spacious, and a great location close to the beach and with easy access to St. Jacut and other beautiful towns in the area.

Plages et balades magnifiques

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle propriété. Cependant nous avons été extrêmement déçus du manque de propreté extérieure : aucune vitre propre,toutes étaient sales, toiles d’araignées sur tous les intérieurs de fenêtres sans exception et même un vieux mégot sur le rebord de fenêtre de la terrasse de l’étage. A l’intérieur, Poussière sur le meuble TV, traces de mains sur le réfrigérateur. Les maniques pour attraper les plats chauds étaient toutes très sales, inutilisables. Poussières sur les tables de nuit. Heureusement les sanitaires étaient propres…

Erholsame Auszeit

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem modernen und gemütlichen Objekt an der Smaragdküste verbracht und konnten vom ersten Tag an abschalten. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Das Haus liegt unweit der Küste, die bei Niedrigwasser den Weg auf die vorgelagerte Île des Ébihens freigibt. Wer gerne wandert oder Rad fährt kommt auf seine Kosten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Merci Florence!

Idyllic countryside retreat

Lovely house is the countryside with everything you could possibly need. Super communication from the host beforehand. We were greeted at check in and walked through everything, and again at exit. The house has wonderful outside seating areas, is very comfortable, conveniently located a few minutes from St Jacut, from beaches, golf, and supermarkets etc. We have stayed before and will be back again. Thank you so much to Florence and Marie for making our stay so wonderful. Highly recommended.

Logement récent dans un lotissement au calme avec place de parking devant la maison. Tout est prévu pour passer un agréable séjour et la literie est très confortable. Idéalement placé, à proximité de Dinan, Dinard et de St Malo et même du Mont St Michel. Logement parfaitement équipé et super agréable et au calme. Très bon acceui de Florence à l'arrivée et de Marie au départ Quelques petits détails à revoir : Les couettes sont trop courtes et pas assez larges, prévoir un couteau bien aiguisé. Je recommande vivement ce très beau logement.

Tolle Unterkunft - sauber und modern in ruhiger Lage!

Wir haben in Sommer 2017 drei Wochen mit unseren drei Kindern im Haus verbracht. Es ist liegt in einer ruhigen Lage mit tollen Blick aufs freie Feld. Es ist noch sehr neu und daher auch modern eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Verschiedene Strände und erforderliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
