Nueva ALMUDENA is a 62m2 flat on the first floor with lift in a completely renovated building.

It is completely exterior with views from its two balconies to Nueva street, one of the most popular pedestrian streets of the city and from which you can enjoy the various events offered by the city such as Carnival or Easter.

✝️ It is located right in the middle of the official route of the city's processions, so you will be able to enjoy Holy Week in Cádiz from a privileged vantage point.

It consists of a bright living room with dining area and kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious dishes. The living room has a double sofa-bed that gives the flat capacity for up to four people.

From the living room we access the bedroom, with a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. It has a complete bathroom with shower and bidet, and also has a hairdryer.

Beautiful Cádiz

What a gorgeous city Cádiz is. The apartment was a wonderful spot to experience all Cádiz has to offer. The pedestrian street it is located on adds to the charm of the apartment. We would love to return again

Para una estancia perfecta en el centro de Cádiz.

El apartamento es perfecto: amplio, limpio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es inmejorable. Para repetir, como hacemos nosotros. Pequeñas cosas sin importancia: algo más de menaje en la cocina y algunos accesorios del baño están sueltos.

Wir fanden das Appartement genau so vor wie beschrieben. Ausstattung war sehr gut - ebenso die Lage. Direkt in der Altstadt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und werden wieder kommen.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location!

We loved everything about our stay in Nueva Almudena! The apartment is in a perfect location just off Plaza de San Juan de Díos - a short walk to the train and bus stations close to all the main attractions in the city and also the beaches. It is a beautifully decorated apartment - bright and spacious and, even though it is in the heart of the city, when the windows are closed it is totally silent. The staff at Cadiz4rentals are great for communication and are very friendly and helpful - there is emergency help 24 hours a day if needed. We could not recommend this apartment or this beautiful city highly enough!
