Casa Maiera is a welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps two people. It is approximately 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Meta di Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the local bus at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards).
Casa Maiera is located on the top floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up two flights of stairs (approximately 25 steps).
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Maiera. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

Living Room
The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue majolica tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a Juliet balcony.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
