Capacity max 10 people + baby Kitchen and living room on the ground floor, fully equipped, TV foreign channels 5 air-conditioned rooms with TV (4 bedrooms with bathroom + toilet, the 5th bedroom is a master suite with bath, shower, toilet) Pool fenced 8x4m. (The fence for the pool and laundry will be built in late October 2018) Garden of 3000 m2 without neighbors but close to all amenities (10 minutes by car) Automatic gate at the entrance Wifi / Boules / Swing / Weber gas barbecue / Garden furniture / Deckchairs / Modular beds 1 or 2 places Cottage located 5 minutes from the Ardeche and pretty villages such as Saint Martin d'Ardeche
