Great place close to the Swimming pool . Not so far to drive at many beaches. Only regret No BBQ on the site. The owner always response fast to our message looking to rent again.

Quiet waterfront home

The location was quiet and comfortable (maybe not so quiet during snowbird season). The location was great, convenient to everything, great view and we loved the fan on the porch, it made sitting outside for sunrise enjoyable. That said, the linens are worn and stained and the kids kept randomly finding cat toys and kibbles which gave the impression it doesn’t get cleaned thoroughly. We brought our own towels for shower and pool. The landscaping is beautiful but it attracts large ants and other assorted insects that we were constantly killing in the home. Overall pleasant, but think of this as a trip to your grandparents vacation house in FL rather than a well-kept resort style stay and you’ll be happier with your choice.

Extraordinary Location with laying in bed sunrise views

This is one of many Vrbo rentals I have rented to explore Florida over the past 10 months. This rental gave me some first to.My journey has been to find a city which I would desire to live. Fort Walton, Panama City, Free Port, Tampa, Clear Water and lastly St Petersburg which is by far for me the best. The Condo I rented in Saint Petersburg on the Isla Del Sole with Bay Views gave me an exstradinary experience which was unique in providing two first time ever experiences.1) I enjoyed a sunrise with a perfect view while laying in bed. 2) The landscaping for the Golf course was the same perfect grass outside the backkdoor between me and the pool/jacuzzi, 3) My first Hurricane in Florida and a button that activated the metal wall of protection blocking off the ocean. I might add that button was my favorite admenity. Aswome month long stay and I would recommend for anyone even during hurricane season with the suggestion to follow locL warnings

Property Presents Well

First, I would like to know when the owner "rates" tenant. Is it AFTER tenant writes a review of the owner's property? This property needs attention. It presents well, but there are flaws once you start "living" there. Double bed in smaller bedroom facing water needs to be taken to Dumpster. It is insulting to tenants to provide such a bed for sleeping. King bed is acceptable. I made the mistake of thinking the bedroom TV was in the master king-bed room. No TV in that room. TV is in that smaller bedroom--- My fault for not paying attention. Owner was prompt responding to questions we had about anything and always cordial. No garbage disposal; never would have realized how that matters - you need a perpetual garbage bag handy. We abided by the Owner's "rule" not to put a lawn chair outside of the patio on the grass on the common property. But why this rule? With an enclosed screen patio that prevents a clear view, it would have been nice to just be able to sit right outside of the enclosed patio, in the open air. Certainly others do in the complex, but maybe not "renters." Love this area and complex, been renting for years. Glad it was only the 2 of us so we were in the King bedroom. I would say go ahead and rent this place, but take into consideration what we thought. Perhaps we are too fussy. But the BED in small bedroom is a problem. Another very unusual problem we had was because of very cold weather over the holidays: We nor owner could figure out how to get heat. But how often would that happen in St. Pete!!

Perfect for long stays!

This property was perfect for my husbands new job, right by Fort Desoto and just minutes from everything else you would need! The condo came with everything we could ever need to clean, cook, and enjoy other amenities. Highly recommend staying here!

Quiet stay near everything on St. Pete's Beach

This 2 bedroom first floor unit was a stone's throw from the heated pool and hot tub. Almost every morning we saw the sunrise from our patio door and screened porch. The unit was well equipped and had plenty of storage in the kitchen for groceries. The king sized bed was comfortable but the 2nd bed was not as much. Receiving forwarded mail was easy with a lockbox. The location was within 2 miles from I-275 to get to St. Pete's or Tampa. 1/4 mile from the unit was the causeway to St. Pete's Beach. The beautiful DeSoto county park 5 miles south has 1400 acres of nature trails and beaches on the gulf. Perfect location!😀

We stayed the month of January. The condo was in a great location. The grounds were very well kept. The condo had just about all that you would need. The dryer really didn’t work and the 2 tv’s in the bedrooms didn’t work. Other than that our stay was great. The pool, fitness center and garage (great). Oh we did have to put up with the 2 units upstairs were putting in new kitchens and baths. Lots of banging and sawing. Owners had no control over that.

First time snow birds

Experienced a wonderful two months in this Isla condo! The view from the patio of the pool and bay beyond is spectacular! Enjoyed coffee and the newspaper there every morning. Very comfortable furniture and beds with good layout for visiting guests-including brand new sleeper sofa. First floor made the condo and pool easily accessible for our guest with walking difficulties. Condo owner, Pat, very easy to work with and came through with a new refrigerator FAST when old one went belly up! The grounds at Isla are beautifully kept up with lovely flowers and palm trees-makes for great walking! Met lovely folks at the pool and look forward to seeing them again next year. Beaches very close by-especially enjoyed Pass-a-Grille (great breakfast deals there at the Hurricane). Also enjoyed live bands at Ricky T's, Ka Tiki, and Bongos on the beach at Grand Plaza Hotel. Great food everywhere-especially at Gigi's, Island Grille, and Shell's. Took Trolley Ride in city of St. Pete (25 cents) and had nice meal there-lots to see and do- All in all a fantastic and relaxing vacation & would highly recommend!
