Rural House Calderón de Medina I, II and III for 23 persons

-CASA l and ll (for groups of 7-14 people)
They are located in the same manor building of 1890, each one on a floor so that it is not necessary to go outside to access one or the other, both with the same structure:
3rooms: a double, a triple, a marriage.
2 bathrooms
a fully equipped kitchen with DISHWASHER, VITROCERAMIC, microwave ...
Living room with fireplace (the one in the house l very wide so that large groups can meet).

2 PATIOS, porch and LITTLE COVERED WITH BARBECUE.
In total, a group of 14 people, has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two kitchens, 2 large rooms, 2 patios and picnic area covered with barbecue, enjoying it exclusively, without sharing anything with anyone.

-CASA lll: for groups of 9-10 people: independent building located in front of l and ll:
Four rooms: 2 double, one triple and one double.
Three bathrooms
fully equipped kitchen like the one in l and ll.
PATIO, porch and MERENDERO COVERED WITH BARBECUE.

All facilities are enjoyed exclusively for the group that rents it without sharing anything with anyone
 THE HOUSES CAN BE RENTED INDEPENDENTLY OR JOINTLY.

During your stay, in addition to enjoying the comfort of the houses, you can perform multiple routes and activities for the privileged location of the houses (A-62, km, 177)
_visitas to Wineries of RUEDA, TORO, YLLERA GROUP ...
_Paint ball, Karts, laser combat (in Villaverde de Medina, Tordesillas, 15 minutes from town)
Cultural visits to VALLADOLID, SALAMANCA, MEDINA DEL CAMPO ... (20-30 minutes).
_ Hiking through the pine forests that surround us and enjoy the RIBERA DEL DUERO and the path of the Almond Trail less than 15 minutes away !!!

The three houses have HEATING, HOT WATER, MESSAGE, TOWELS, BED CLOTHING, BARBECUE UTENSILS, WOOD AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR YOUR STAY!
