three-room apartment renovated in 2018 on the ground floor of a panoramic villa, consisting of: two bedrooms, a kitchen living room with kitchenette, TV and sofa bed that can easily be turned into two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a veranda where you can can have lunch. The air-conditioned apartment is part of a large villa divided into several apartments that make up a small family-run residence. The property has: the fenced parking space to accommodate the car inside the property, the garden, the barbecue, the coin-operated washing machine, a playground, WiFi and a brand new swimming pool with panoramic views. The holiday home is located about 1500 meters from PESCHICI where there are all services and equally from the first beach, easily accessible because you do not pass through the country you do not meet queues and traffic lights in fact it takes 3, 4 minutes by car, that distance it is to be considered in any case relative as the beaches that can be reached are about ten.

Très agréable séjour à Peschici

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Nous étions 2 asultes et 3 enfants mais le logement est plus adapté pour 4 car 1 fois le clic clac ouvert dans le séjour, on ne peut plus bcp bouger et pas de rideau à la porte donc réveil matinal pour la personne dormant dans le séjour. Sinon tout était parfait: propreté, piscine, accueil... Nos enfants ont adoré jouer avec les chats🐱

Grazie molte per la bellissima recensione, ci dispiace per il problema della luminosità nel soggiorno, avremmo preferito saperlo durante il vostro soggiorno in modo da poterlo risolvere tempestivamente. Grazie per i consigli. E' stato un piacere conoscervi e ospitarvi.
