Old silos enabled for housing, preserving its original structure, sheltered by centennial oaks that are part of a traditional Asturian farmhouse in a quiet agricultural environment.
Old farm silos enabled for two homes. Each house has capacity for 2 people, retaining its original cylindrical structure, with living room, kitchen, bathroom and a double room (round). The houses are fully equipped with regard to sheets, towels, tablecloths, etc. and have all kinds of small appliances (iron, blender, microwave, hair dryer, etc.), as well as TV, DVD, WIFI, washing machine, etc. Heating, own garden area and parking.

Second Time in the Silos

Very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped throughout. Thoughtful touches of fresh flowers to welcome us. Friendly helpful landlord. Everything we wanted/needed, including EV charger. We've had another lovely week here, hope to return and can recommend unreservedly.

Excellent house in a beautiful area

The house was just as described and was a cosy space for the two of us. Our hosts were excellent and gave lots of good local insights. The bathroom was excellent and had a really powerful shower with lots of hot water. We only used the garden twice because the weather in the evening was not always good. Our only negative is that there isn’t an oven but we managed cooking on the job with careful meal planning and shopping.

Indrukwekkend hoe de eigenaars erin geslaagd zijn om van een opslagplaats voor landbouwproducten een mooi (dubbel) vakantiehuis te maken en ook de hele tuin errond is mooi. De eigenaars (die op het terrein wonen) waren tijdens mijn verblijf ook heel discreet.Het vakantiehuisje beschikt over al het nodige comfort en is gunstig gelegen ook voor wie wat wil wandelen i.p.v. er met de wagen (of fiets?) op uit te trekken. Het centrum van Ribadesella ligt op zowat 2 km, wat te voet nog haalbaar is. Er zijn in de nabijheid ook enkele publiekstrekkers (stranden, grotten die bezocht kunnen worden (Tito Bustillo; vooraf reserveren noodzakelijk) uitkijkpunt bovenop een rots, het stadje zelf.Ik was er net voor het toeristisch seizoen begon, en dus qua toestroom viel het nog goed mee. Maar in de ruimere omgeving zijn er ook veel plekken te bezoeken/bezichtigen.Bleef er maar kort maar was wel heel tevreden en zou er met plezier terugkeren.

Perfekt ausgestattetes, originelles und liebevoll gestaltetes Ferienhaus mit einem großen, wunderschönen Garten ca 3 km entfernt vom Stadtzentrum Ribadasella. Idealer Ausgangsort für Touren an die Küste und in die Berge. Sympathische Vermieter. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Schönes Wohnen im Silo

Die schöne und gepflegte Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen im umgebauten Silo hat uns super gefallen.Die Lage außerhalb voin Ribadesella ist schön ruhig. Die Einrichtung war sehr gemütlich, gut mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr schön und ruhig. David war sehr sympatisch, er gab uns reichlich Tipps und Informationen und beantwortete alle Fragen.Die perfekte Wohnadresse für Touren sowohl ans Meer als auch in die Berge.

Agréable demeure surprenante ! et Centrée sur les Asturies nous avons pu découvrir la Costa Verde (+ Oveido) et randonner dans Picos de Europa - 2 randos superbes - les lacs Enol et Orcina et la ville Covadonga - Senda del Cares depuis Cain très agréable séjour

A very cosy silo!

We lived in a silo for almost a week! And that was a very comfortable, cosy, quiet, well located place ! We could not have found a better place to stay. We had charming hosts. We also enjoyed our visit to various attractions around and our hikes along the coast. We did not loose our time ! Thank you, Amaya and David for a marvelous stay in your place! Pierre and Agnès

Inmejorable

Nos alojamos 5 días en uno de los silos donde se puede disfrutar del encanto de esta tierra. Se encuentran a las afueras (bastante cerca) de Ribadesella y con fácil acceso. Los silos tienen todas las facilidades y equipamiento además de unos jardines donde descansar y relajarse. Un 10 para el alojamiento y para los dueños que nos dieron indicaciones de toda la zona y nos pusieron toda facilidad posible. Sin duda si volvemos por la zona escogeremos el mismo alojamiento.

Hemos estado una semana con un bebé y ha sido perfecto. La casa está muy bien equipada y han cuidado cada detalle. La limpieza espectacular. Y el entorno lo mejor de todo, hemos desayunado todas las mañanas en el jardín y ha sido todo un lujo. Además, está ubicado en una zona tranquilísima pero a 5 minutos de Ribadesella. Y por supuesto, el trato ha sido buenísimo por parte de Amaya. Volveremos

Paraíso en la Tierra

Situado en un paraje privilegiado nos sentimos afortunados de poder disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones en esta singular y acogedora casa, que bien merece una visita no solo por el buen gusto de la decoración y la originalidad de la construcción (la habitación es redonda), tampoco por la calidez, educación y amabilidad con la que los dueños, José Luis y María Luisa te acogen al llegar, ni por la gran cesta de alimentos con la que te obsequian (con leche de varias clases, mermelada casera hecha con las frutas de la finca, mantequilla, riquísimo pan…y hasta flores y frutas recién cogidas!!), ni por la selección de libros de la cultura Asturiana, junto con películas de todos los géneros, y variados juegos de mesa, ni por el aire puro que respiras al abrir la ventana y admirar los magníficos robles centenarios que, junto con frutales de distintas variedades, alberga la gran finca en la que se sitúa la casa, sino sobre todo porque es un mágico lugar de encuentro para soñar despierto, un paraíso de paz y silencio. En esta casa, situada a 2 kms de Ribadesella, han apostado por un turismo sostenible y respetuoso con el entorno y las tradiciones, conservando parte de su historia que se aprecia en las fotografías que cuelgan de las paredes donde recuerdan los orígenes de estas viviendas, y la ilusión con la que han construido este proyecto. Encontramos todo lo que buscábamos; descanso (la cama es realmente cómoda), rutas de senderismo y rutas a caballo, y por supuesto el descenso del sella en piragüa…además de un montón de rutas turísticas, está muy cerquita de los lagos de Covadonga, los Picos de Europa y las maravillosas playas de Ribadesella y Llanes!! La degustación de la gastronomía de la zona nos hizo irnos con unos kilitos de más!! Pero merece la pena disfrutar de cada plato y por supuesto acompañarlos de una buena sidra! Recomendable 100 % tanto para ir en pareja, como con familia o amigos!! Y además muy buen precio!!!

Precioso lugar, mejores personas.

Quiero dejar nuestra inmejorable opinión sobre los alojamientos rurales del Correntíu, tanto Los Silos como la casa de aldea, y expresar nuestro agradecimiento a la entrañable pareja que los dirige, Mª Luisa y José Luis, que en cada una de nuestras visitas han sido los mejores anfitriones, informándonos de visitas, lugares de interés y atendiendo las necesidades de la casa desde la discreción más exquisita. Durante siete años hemos vuelto a Ribadesella en vacaciones y, siempre, al Correntíu que nos conquistó desde el principio por su calma, su precioso entorno, el encanto y la comodidad de las casas (a lo largo de estos años nos hemos alojado en las tres de que dispone el conjunto rural) con sus preciosos jardines rodeados de robles, entre la mar y los montes… A Mª Luisa y José Luis gracias de nuevo por crear un rincón delicioso donde disfrutar el ritmo de los días y por vuestra amabilidad y encanto. Pensamos ya en nuestra próxima visita.

Fabulosa escapada

Un alojamiento estupendo para pasar unos días de la primavera. Pasamos cuatro días por el oriente de Asturias, nos hizo muy buen tiempo, y los silos fueron un estupendo lugar de descanso. Muy original la habitación redonda, situados en un lugar muy tranquilo. Los propietarios encantadores. Repetiremos!

Experiencia horrible

Nosotros estuvimos en semana santa con una niña y puedo decir q no volvería nunca. Hemos tenido una muy mala experiencia y la verdad no es a la primera casa rural q vamos. Los dueños de la casa viven enfrente a unos 10 metros. Viven detrás de la cortina vigilando cualquier movimiento q das. No tienes ninguna intimidad y te llega a incomodar muchísimo. Hacen muchísimo ruido ya q están desde muy pronto dando vueltas por alrededor de la casa y suele estar toda su familia rondando por los alrededores todo el día. Ademas la casa esta muy mal situada, lejos de ribadesalla. No hay aceras y se hace muy difícil andar sin estar esquivando coches q pasan a gran velocidad. Sinceramente pienso q no merece la pena ya q todos salimos de las ciudades buscando un poco de tranquilidad y este no es el lugar. Suerte con vuestra elección.

Lugar idílico

Hemos pasado dos días en Ribadesella y lo mejor de todo, sin lugar a duda, ha sido el hospedaje. A 2 Km. de Ribadesella en un rincón idílico, se encuentran Los silos del correntiu. La amababilidad de José Luís, persona conversadora por naturaleza y con el que merece la pena conversar, la ubicación de Los Silos, el interior de los mismos en los que no falta detalle, todo ello merece la pena.
