This Lovely top floor Loft condo has a King Bed in the loft area, Sofa bed in Living room and a King bed in the attached bedroom. 2 Full baths and a half bath off the kitchen.

Zero stars horrible stay

Warning there are many many people reporting the same problem as we experienced!! Arrived an hour after check-in and property was filthy. Not safe in my opinion given a global pandemic. Trash and used linens everywhere. Owner would not respond to messages and front desk said having the room cleaned was not their responsibility. Eventually after several phone calls to the front desk and zero response from the owner they agreed to get the room cleaned. We were told to vacate the property and were told they didn’t know when it would get done. After waiting 7+ hours the room got cleaned and we were able to go into the property at 9:00pm. This completely ruined the first day of only a two day trip. I was horribly dissatisfied with the owner and vrbo and will never use either again.

Like a previous reviewer, we had trouble checking in. The resort did not know of our reservation and the unit was not clean. After many calls, the resort staff put us in another, smaller, unit for the night. I texted the owner and he replied later that night and apologized. The next day we were locked out of the first unit before we could even move out and up to the 3rd floor unit. After a rough start, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the unit and the access to biking trails, hikes and downtown Bend. Better communication is needed between the owner, VRBO and the resort registration staff.

Inaccurate listing

The condo we stayed was a nice place, but it wasn't the exact model listed on the VRBO site and thus a disappointment. The furniture, kitchen appliances and other furnishings were different and of a much lesser quality. We likely would have chosen another condo if we had seen the actual pictures. Additionally, we were expecting kitchen items that were not in the kitchen we stayed and we didn't bring the missing items ourselves. We attempted to contact the owners several times to see if a partial refund could be applied, but have been met with little response and no resolution.

Save your money and don't book this rental

We arrived an hour after our check-in time to find that the owner had not let the property management company know about our reservation. We were asked to come back in an hour. With a husband who has medical needs and 4 young children, we waited in our car for an hour (due to covid we had limited options) During that time I tried to reach out to the owner to no response. When I talked to the property an hour later they said they were still struggling to get the property ready and that we would need to come back 3 hours later. We spent 5 hours in our car with 4 young children while we waited for the property to be ready. The bed situation was not what was listed on the rental agreement and the check out time was not accurate either. After multiple calls and messages to the owner, we were met with silence. We missed our ice skating reservation to deal with it and essentially paid hundreds of dollars to be miserable and give our kids a horrible experience. It is sad that there is no protection for renters who don't receive the booking they paid for.

Awesome renovated unit

The owner did a great job of updating the unit. He was easy to reach when we had a little mix up with the room even while he was traveling out of the country. Super friendly and handled the situation for us!
