FLOR: House with private pool, very near from the beach. Groundfloor: Hall, doble bedroom, bathroom with shower and WC., living room, dining room and separate kitchen. First floor: Hall with wardrobes, bedroom with 2 single beds, big bathroom with italian shower and WC, bedroom with bunkbeds, terrace with access to both bedrooms. Parking place, covered terrace, garden with barbecue aun private pool. Very good and quiet situation, at only 450m. from Riells beach and shops.

This was a great location. We had a good check-in and out with the property managers. Property was cleaned and tidy and we really enjoyed our stay. Hope we can come back soon, either same place or something new.

Nice property

Very nice property, could have been cleaned and freshened up prior to us arriving but wasn’t. Also oven doesn’t work and no one came to mend it when we contacted them about it. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay there.

Hello! Thank you for you comment, this helps us to improve. The house was cleaned, a team of 2 people passed 3 hours to clean the house before your arrival, maybe there were mistakes and we didn't see it? If is the case, we are very sorry for that. We like that guests inform us at the moment they see a problem or mistake so we can fix it immediately. The oven was effectively out of service at the moment of your holidays so we put a little one instead. Despite this problems you had, we are glad that you spent nice holidays in our house. :-)

Belle villa fonctionnelle, proche de la plage et des promenades le long des falaises.Les commerces sont à quelques minutes à pied, le jardin et la piscine sont un grand terrain de jeu pour les enfants, la terrasse couverte nous a permis de manger dehors même par temps pluvieux.Les équipements nécessaires sont là, idéal pour passer un bon séjour.

Pas a la hauteur

Maison dans l'ensemble correcte! Mais des défauts viennent vite impacter les vacances. Eau chaude limitée! ( juste pour deux). Plusieurs nids de fourmis dans la maison. Barbecue impraticable car grille du fond trouée et très sale! Douche extérieure fait peur! Le Pisciniste n'est pas venu pendant notre séjour et donc piscine impraticable la deuxième semaine. Fausse herbe très sale et remplie d'épines de sapin ( impraticable). Point a améliorer: installer un airco!

Peut mieux faire

Nous avons passé une semaine a 6 au sein de cette maison. Quelques précisions sur les lieux devraient être indiquées dans le descriptif, terrain de tennis d’une résidence accolé au terrain de la maison (les joueurs commencent à la fraîche vers 8h, ce qui est moyennement sympa). La calle Mongo est très proche et très passante donc très bruyante globalement en fin de journée et même la nuit. La maison est malheureusement dépourvue de rangement (grands placards partout mais sans étagère, les chambres n'ont aucun meuble donc on ne peut rien poser, et les salles de bain n'ont ni meuble, ni étagère. Dommage dans une maison qui peut accueillir autant de vacanciers, on a tout laissé dans les valises, pas pratique du tout. On constate une négligence sur l'entretien de la maison par le propriétaire en général, les mousseurs de salle de bain coulaient à l'horizontal, la piscine était trouble et glissante, un ventilateur ne marchait pas, la cafetière n'avait pas été nettoyée, le café dans le filtre était moisi à l'intérieur. A ce prix nous avons certaines attentes et exigences, c'est la 10ème maison que nous louons sur l'ESCALA nous n'avons jamais eu ce type de désagréments. Des travaux qui commencent sur le terrain d'à côté en milieu de séjour pffffff. Petite surprise au départ, pour le ménage, il n'y a rien, pas d'aspirateur, pas de produits ménagers, seul un balai est présent. Nous avons donc été soumis à l'option ménage, et l’agence nous a précisé que nous aurions dû acheter les produits ménagers sur place (inédit pour nous). Le point positif de cette maison est qu'elle est gérée par une agence qui est très réactive et très professionnelle, nous avons malheureusement dû la contacter tous les jours avec des interventions de leur part plusieurs jours dans la semaine. Quel dommage que tout l'entretien ne soit pas fait en amont. Enfin grâce à l'escala et cette magnifique région qui est la catalogne, nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances et j'espère que le propriétaire va faire en sorte d'améliorer la maison pour le confort de ses vacanciers.
