Casa Del Sol is an expansive vacation home with amazing views of the Caribbean over a large private infinity pool. The vast living room is offers two sitting areas, one, with wet bar and 60" TV, the other with sofa's and chaises overlooking the sea.

The dining room with 9' hardwood dining table is a great place for family and friends to gather for meals. The large kitchen has plenty of room for more than one chef, with quality appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals.

The master bedroom located on the ground floor overlooks the pool deck. The room features a king-size bed and 44" TV. The large en-suite bathroom offers double vanity, jetted bath tub, walk in shower and walk in closet.

Upstairs two more ocean front king-size master suites of the same size both offer bathrooms with double vanity and tub/showers. A large deck spanning the entire width of the house can be accessed from both bedrooms.

The fourth bedroom is what makes this home perfect for family get togethers, it is an enormous room with custom made bunk beds. Each bed is queen sized and there are 6 of them! There is a huge expanse of floor, a perfect place for children of all ages to spread out and have fun.

The main pool deck on the ground floor extends across the full width of the house, with loungers, bar table and chairs and comfortable lounge seating it's the perfect place to relax beside the 30'x12' infinity pool. A small private waterfront deck on the iron shore brings you within meters of the crystal clear waters.

The house is fully air-conditioned and the Tradewinds keep the outside spaces pleasant year round. The house has generator back up power and WiFi in every room.

PLEASE NOTE:  Electricity can be managed to minimize additional cost.  There may be an extra charge for electricity usage in this home.  Guests are required to give a $1000 utility deposit and will receive an allowance of 250 kW per day.  At the end of the stay, we will read the meter and determine if there is any extra charge for electricity usage.  If applicable, that amount will be deducted from the utility deposit with the balance returned to the guests within 10 business days. Please contact us with any questions.
