Carbonero el Mayor is a town of about 2800 inhabitants. It is located about 20 minutes from the capital of the province, Segovia. It is also very well connected due to the recent highway.
Famous for its hams, sausages, pastries and for the dulzainas.
It has many bars and restaurants, among which we can highlight El Riscal Restaurant, the only restaurant in Spain with CABU Certified Beef, as well as Los Mellizos Restaurant, located in the center of town, where you can taste its homemade cuisine and Roasts cooked in your own wood-fired oven.
