With vistas of both surf breaks, it is perfect for the surfer in all of us. Enjoy the community's gorgeous grounds, meandering boardwalk, ocean front pool and spa, and private sandy beach. Las Gaviotas is centrally located close to Rosarito, K38, Puerto Nuevo, La Fonda and Guadelupe Valley. Feel safe in this private gated community with on-site security. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features a panoramic ocean view, vaulted wood-beam ceilings, a 55'' flat screen with Apple TV, updated kitchen, comfortable beds, and a modern touch of Mexican decor throughout.
You can access the entire house, parking spaces, the pool and hot-tub, tennis courts, shuffle board, small playground, and private sandy beach. Enjoy a stroll throughout the community's cobblestone streets and scenic boardwalk.

Las Gaviotas is centrally located close to Rosarito, K38, Puerto Nuevo, La Fonda and Guadelupe Valley. From the famous Surf Taco at K38, to lobster in Puerto Nuevo and wineries in "La Valle," there's plenty of great food and fun to explore. With full resort amenities, a private beach and world class surf break, there's no need to leave paradise.
An easy 1/2 hour drive south of the border on the newly built toll road directly to Las Gaviotas. You can feel comfortable exploring the local favorites in your car throughout this cruise-y beach area of Northern Baja.
