First time in a pet friendly VRBO

There is beginning to be some wear and tear in the house. I can not compare it to another pet friendly stay as this is my first. The living room furniture is showing wear. Also the water flow when you flush the toilets is extremely slow to fill. However the neighborhood is nice. The grounds are clean and nice but there wasn’t much sun by the pool. We went in February so the sun will be different in other months. Overall it was nice and we did enjoy our vacation. The island Breeze managers were extremely helpful and we had wonderful communication .

Downstairs AC DOESNT WORK, place very dirty

Upon arrival, we noticed downstairs was around 85 degrees , upstairs was fine. We let property manager know and she assured me it was fine, “just takes time to cool off”. After many attempts she finally says she’s sending ac guy out to fix at 10pm. We all stayed up until midnight and no one showed. Next day they arrived and said yes something is wrong but they can only recommend what to fix to them. And left. They then brought us a portable ac unit for down stairs. Which made it bearable but still warm. Next floors were horrible. They resent cleaning ladies but no one touched floors. My wife went to Publix and bought floor cleaning supplies and cleaned herself. Place needs about a week of cleaning and touch ups and it would be nice. We have a crawling baby and feet were black is why we had to clean floors multiple times. No compensation was offered. And they finally just blow you off. Never checked back to make sure everything was ok. Definitely don’t recommend staying here

70th birthday

Visit was great, some recommendations, downstairs master is where most seniors would stay to avoid the stairs The shower needs a grab bar and the bedroom needs a television. Also the temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs is huge. Great Visit though

Family Vacay

Absolutely loved this stay. Great location, comfortable inside and outside seating. Plenty of TVs. Only concern was downstairs AC seemed a bit weak at times.
