Come enjoy this Boaters’ Paradise! Not for the Sit inside type- get out there and fish, dive and swim! This place is ideal for the outdoorsy type! Way more exciting and unique than the “Hyatt”! The canal and Lagoon are a real life free-range aquarium with a ton of marine life: sergeant majors, Tang, schools of parrot fish, snapper and turtles abound right off the 90-foot dock for fishing, viewing and feeding. Lobster season is rockin’ too, even off the dock! Manatee often come in for protection in the Winter as a bonus.Tropical Oasis was my family’s home, hand built by my father in the early 1980s. He poured himself into it to give three generations of us a place to come together and live simply- basking in the sun and saltwater. Dad knew these were the keys to a happy life, and now we want to share them with you. Explore the healthy and vibrant deepwater canal and lagoon. Re-live a simpler time on the peaceful street and stargaze at night in the easy trade winds. Explore the healthy and vibrant deepwater canal and lagoon. Enjoy family-friendly fun with a heated pool and a large dock on the canal and lagoon, with easy Gulf of Mexico access. Public boat ramps and the Atlantic Ocean with Sombrero Lighthouse Reef are just a 5-10 minute boat ride away. Lower level boasts pool, reclining couch, ping pong and pool tables, extra beer/ bait fridge and a fish carving table with hose.

Keys Tropical Oasis

I come to Florida a few times a year. This listing was everything as described. It was clean. It was on the water and it was in a quiet neighborhood. I would not hesitate to come back.

A LITLE PIECE OF PARADISE FOR EVERYONE

The property is in a perfect location with huge dock for your boat and ample space for parking. We parked 3 cars plus our boat trailer in the front. Heated pool was great. You can fish right off the dock. Good restaurants and shopping near by. Plenty of boat ramps near by to drop and retrieve your boat. Canal is very easy to navigate. Owner is very communicative and helpful. We will not hesitate to return. Had a blast!!

Bonnie was great

Bonnie was great! Answered all of our questions. We can see the house is a work in progress. Doing a great job. The only thing I would change is the wicker chairs in the living room. Thank you Bonnie 😊

Great, relaxing vacation

The house is well appointed and the screened porch awesome. Saw manatees, dolphins, pelicans and turtles in the canal. It was a very relaxing, stress free week with friends!

Family Christmas Vacation

From the start of booking Bonnie the property owner was excellent to deal with! We were lucky enough to catch Bonnie when we got to the house and were greeted with a hug! Everything was perfectly clean and ready for us right on time! This home exceeded our expectations by far! The house, the yard, the pool, the entire property was beautiful and wonderfully kept. We stayed for 2 weeks and the house had everything we could have needed! The game room had its own AC and definitely helped the kids keep busy playing pool and ping pong in their own area. The canal was crystal clear, were we could just stare at it like our own aquarium, with daily manatee visits! We rented a 30ft boat, and honestly there was enough docking space for two! The dock also had a ladder into the water which made it super easy to put our kayaks in and explore around the tiny islands. The pool was wonderfully kept and perfectly heated to be used on a slightly cooler overcast day, as it was 88°! I would definitely recommend this house for your next vacation!
