Una experiencia inmejorable

Lo hemos pasado genial, el trato de David como anfitrión fue inmejorable, haced caso a sus recomendaciones porque son muy buenas. Tanto la casa como las zonas comunes tienen lo que necesitas para disfrutar. El pueblo es una zona muy tranquila de Asturias que es justo lo que íbamos buscando. Esperamos volver a repetir la experiencia en un futuro. Gracias.

A quiet mountainside cottage, peaceful, tranquil Host most helpful seeing as we cannot speak Spanish and he cannot speak English....BUT he had a gizzmo on his phone that translated and bridges were built. Property was difficult to find using sat nav suggest details show GPS co ordinates. A short walk to bars and restaurants in a quiet village Wi Fi rural. This the perfect base to get away from it all and to be able to explore the area. If you're from the busy city you wont want to go home

Hemos estado un grupo de 10 amigos disfrutando de Asturias durante una semana y por suerte dimos con esta casa. Un trato genial por parte del propietario que nos recomendo sitos para visitar, comer, etc La casa muy limpia, con varios baños, cosa que se agradece cuando somos muchos, en un lugar tranquilo y con un jardín con barbacoa que pudimos disfrutar varias noches, sin duda si volvemos a Asturias repetiremos con este alojamiento. Muchas gracias!!

Casa perfecta muy limpia y muy bien equipada eramos 12 personas y se agradece que tenga tantos ba?os es muy espaciosa y la barbacoa da mucho juego.agradecer a su due?o su trato amable y su dispocion para hacer que nuestra estancia sea perfecta nos ayudo en todo nos contrato las actividades y nos hizo muchas reservas de restaurates muchas gracias.volveremos

Nos sentimos engañados

El precioso entorno y la limpieza de la casa se vieron totalmente empañadas por las malas condiciones de la vivienda y la nefasta atención por parte del propietario. Paso a enumerar los más graves problemas que sufrimos en los 5 días de estancia: 1- Parte de la casa fue alquilada simultáneamente a otras personas (nosotros eramos 11) 2- Al piso superior se accede por una estrecha escalera de caracol y es abuhardillado por lo que los espacios son algo reducidos, especialmente en el baño. 3- Los electrodomésticos de la casa son anticuados e insuficientes. No tiene lavavajillas y dispone de dos neveras pequeñas. 4- La casa no está equipada para alojar a tantas personas. Además del espacio insuficiente de nevera no hay espacio en la mesa interior, por lo que si llueve o hace mal tiempo tienes un problema. 5- La habitación inferior del orrio chorrea humedad. Las sábanas están, literalmente, mojadas y el suelo también(es de azulejo, por lo que se vuelve muy resvaladizo) 6- El Wifi es extremadamente lento. 7- El propietario, antes las quejas, echaba balones fuera y era incapaz de resolver ningún problema. En el caso del wifi directamente intentó engañarnos. Dijo que había mala cobertura en el pueblo, pero esto es falso. El problema es que es un Wifi con un modem 3g (como un móvil) y una vez se le caban los datos la velocidad es ridiculamente lenta. Cuando llegamos a la casa ya no había datos disponibles. Así que era imposible cargar una mísera página web con el Wifi. El dueño prometió arreglarlo pero no hizo nada, así que utilizamos los datos de nuestros móviles (que tenían una cobertura perfecta). Este hecho fue especialmente lamentable, no por la flata de Wifi en si (al fin y al cabo vas a disfrutar de la naturaleza) si no por la incapacidad del propietario para resolver el asunto con honestidad. Invito a quien me lea a visitar Asturias ya que es una región muy bella y repleta de personas hospitalarias, honestas y trabajadoras.

Hemos estado genial en la casa, el trato del propietario genial, nos aconsejo sitios q visitar y donde comer, todos excelentes por cierto, sin duda lo recomiendo 100%.
