Situated only 40 meters from the beach, surrounded by crystal blue water and a charming Greek island landscape, our four Luxury Villas were build in 2010. Space, Privacy and Tranquility are some of the keywords.The villas are tastefully designed in order to match the natural surroundings. Each villa has three levels and you can enjoy features such as sunbeds, private pools ( with waterfall, al fresco shower, turbo/hydro massage) , Mini Jacuzzi in bathroom, television in every bedroom ,top modern design, fully- equipped kitchen, lounge with 42' TV (HD),just to mention some. Full cleaning service every 4th+7th day and 24/7 on call service. We have planted a vegetable &herb garden , just for you to help yourself. Other touches are for example welcome surprises and plenty of roses in different colors. Fantastic area and very pretty neighborhood in Kiotari's booming 'it-place'.

I am Ioannis Kazoullis and the owner of Horizon Line Villas. This property is a reflection of me as I built them as the Greek's would say with "Kefi" meaning the spirit of joy, passion, enthusiasm, high spirits or overpowering emotion as I wanted my guest to feel welcome here.

Why they chose this property

The serenity of this property is so relaxing especially when you sit outside the terrace and just stare at the ocean beachfront view. You get a sense of calmness and you feel all that stress from your everyday life just fading away.

What makes this property unique

One unique benefit is that although it is a home, we provide free cleaning services that comes every 3 days (for daily service you can notify the manager). There is a maintenance man on call. In addition we have an infinity pool with a waterfall and Hydro Jet Massage.
