This beautiful luxury apartment is located in the famous Antigone district, a stone's throw from Place de la Comédie. It can accommodate from 1 to 4 people.
A double bed in the bedroom (160x200 bed, linen and towels for 2 people included), and a double bed in the sofa bed in the living room (140x200 bed, optional optional household linen)

The media library and the Olympic swimming pool are less than 100 meters away. You have a private garage closed in the basement of the residence (paid option), and access to the expressway leading to the motorway, the airport and the sea is less than 500 meters away.

Located in a beautiful secure residence, with access by magnetic badge, the apartment has a beautiful loggia of 10 square meters facing south overlooking trees, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a large bedroom and a living room both with full hardwood floors.

Escape Canadian winter

Philippe made us feel welcome the whole time. Montpellier is a very walkable city and the apartment is 20 minutes to everything walking. The TRAM is extremely comfortable and efficient so if you want to expand your range there is a station less than 5 minutes away. The apartment is 2 minutes from a great bakery. The tap water has a very high mineral content. Very drinkable we did the whole time but one should get a large bottle of vinegar to descale appliances like the coffee maker.

A nice apartment in a calm neighborhood

This is a comfortable apartment with nice separation between living room, kitchen, bedroom. It is in a calm neighborhood with a convenient location that makes most trips for shopping and sight seeing walkable. It has a substantial balcony spanning all three rooms which adds to a feeling of spaciousness. It is not a view apartment but looks out from the third level at trees that line the street. I only deduct a star for the unexpected (even for the owner) work on the facade of the building that required a full encasing of the facade with scaffolding, worker walkways and mesh screen just three days before our arrival in mid-May for a two week stay. A paint job done earlier in the year ran afoul of city regulation and had to be removed and/or redone (not sure). The work is temporary and possibly done by the time I'm writing this, but work was still in progress when we left.

on vient régulièrement à Montpellier pour y passer quelques jours et ce n'est pas la première fois qu'on a choisi cet appartement: il est confortable, bien équipé, à quelques pas du centre et des stations de tram et on aime beaucoup le quartier. il s 'agit d'une adresse qu'on recommande fortement et le propriétaire y est pour beaucoup!

Excellent location if you don't have a car

Modern and clean appartment.Only 5 minutes walk to the bus for the airport(15 minutes away) and 5 minutes for tram to take you to Odysseum and then catch bus 106 to the beach at Grand Travers (45 minutes). A spar supermarket as well convenience stores around the corner. Place du Comodie (central Montpellier)-15 minutes on foot. Quiet and secure appartment.Highly recommended.

Bonjour, Suite à une mutation, ce logement m'a été proposé durant 1 mois. Disposant de tous les conforts (Box TV-internet, Lave linge, lave vaisselle, grande terasse, lit 160x200,un canapé convertible, baignoire) très bien exposé et bien situé à pied 7 mn de Polygone 15 mn de la gare Saint Roch 5 mn du tram place de l'Europe Le propriétaire est disponible et à l'écoute.

Montpellier hermosa para visitar y este departamento totalmente recomendado. Somos un matrimonio de la Argentina que viajamos en Septiembre con nuestra hija de 21 años y resultó muy cómodo para los tres. Los ambientes son amplios , muy bien equipado y muy agradable. La localización es muy fácil. No hace falta tener auto ya que se llega caminando a todos los puntos de interés. Es un barrio moderno con farmacia , supermercado , panadería y todo lo necesario bien cerca. Pensábamos parar en el barrio histórico pero la verdad es que esta fue una muy buena opción. Gracias Philippe. El nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Volveríamos a alquilarlo sin duda en nuestra próxima visita ! Diana y Victor
