A wonderful return stay

The gite has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The host Delphine is so lovely and welcoming. It was our third time of staying and would definjitely recommend to anyone.

Lovely Gite, perfectly situated for our Normandy holiday & cycling. We arrived on a Sunday & the owners provided us with milk, coffee, cake as shops were shut, very kind & went out their way to make us feel welcomed. A very peaceful location with 5 min walk to Carentan. Highly recommend to anyone for a holiday home.

Ich war das 2. mal da. Mein Hund ist immer willkommen. Im Garten ist ein Grill und alles sehr sauber. Es gibt ein kleines Gastgeschenk bei der Anreise. Das Auto parkt direkt vor der Tür in einem abgeschlossenen Hof. Einkauf ist fußläufig. Ich fahre wieder dort hin.

Gite a la campagne mais tout près de la ville et des commerces. Très spacieux et propre.Accueil super sympathique de la propriétaire qui nous conseille sur les divers centre d intérêt proche du gîte. Je conseille vivement cet endroit et encore merci à Mme Delphine pour sa gentillesse.

Wir hatten im Vorfeld schon einen sehr netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Delphine Haubois und wurden super freundlich am Tag der Ankunft von ihr empfangen .Eine Flasche Cidre und Leckereien erwarteten uns im Gite chocolat. Das Gite ist nicht weit von der Innenstadt , vom Hafen und von den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt, was wir sehr genossen haben. Woran wir uns etwas gewöhnen mussten, war die durchgängige Matratze des Futonbettes- aber auch damit sind wir zurecht gekommen. Insgesamt ist viel in der ganzen Gegend zu erkunden und wir haben bei Weitem nicht alles geschafft. Es waren insgesamt zwei wunderschöne Wochen.

Gite Chocolat in Normandië

Het is een prachtig huisje, net buiten Carentan. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Delphine spreekt een klein beetje engels. Zij én haar man zijn uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enig aandachtspuntje is de Wifi, deze is niet altijd even sterk!

Wunderschönes Haus

Sehr netter Empfang. Das Auto parkte in einem abgeschlossenen Hof direkt vor meiner Haustür. Zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Ideal für Ausflüge. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet. Super Bad und Küche. Ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir wurden sehr Herzlich begrüßt ein Glas Marmalade stand auch für uns bereit war selbst gemacht und zum 1 Mai bekam meine Frau ein Maiglöcken geschenkt das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen alles da was man braucht.Bett war auch gut,Einkauf gelegenheiten mit dem Auto 4 Minuten entfernt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Aussergewöhnliche Ausstattung

Sehr nette Vermieterin, gute Lage und eine Ausstattung die wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ob Backofen, Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine oder Staubsauger um nur einige zu nennen. Wirklich alles vorhanden, und dann die Größe, inklusive Terasse und Grill. Einfach beeindruckend. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Durch die exzellente Lage des Objektes in der Nähe zu vielen Zielen der optimale Ausgangspunkt um La Manche kennenzulernen. Der Empfang ist herzlich, die Gastgeber freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist großzügig für 2 Personen und bietet viel Platz. Da wir gerne auch im Urlaub Selbstversorger sind und auch selber viel kochen, hätten wir uns eine etwas besser Ausstattung der Küche gewünscht, aber alle notwendigen Basics waren vorhanden.

Geweldig!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Carentan. Het huisje was piekfijn voor elkaar; meer dan genoeg ruimte voor ons en we vonden het erg luxe. Alle comfort aanwezig en een heerlijke eigen plek om buiten te zitten. We hebben mooi kunnen wandelen en het was een geschikte plek om vanuit daar de D-day memorials te kunnen bezoeken. In één woord: geweldig!!

Beau gite.

Très bon accueil, le gite est conforme a la description (petit bémol, le réseau wifi très faible). Le séjour fut bon, dommage quel soit raccourci a causse des restrictions due au Covid19.
