Detached house of 130 m2 with small garden ideally located and completely refurbished in 2014 (electricity, plumbing, painting, decor and garden). Enclosed grounds.
Five bedrooms or 12 beds. Three bathrooms, one with a bathtub; 3 separate toilets; an American kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, areas dedicated to children (games / reading room, etc.)
Located in Mimizan, north beach, in a quiet area; 250 meters from the ocean, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Close to the forest and cycle paths (200m).
On the ground floor: 2 double bedrooms and a dormitory with 4 bunk beds, 3 bathrooms / shower, kitchen open to the living room, dining room, laundry room, TV room and 2 WCs.
Upstairs, a large landing converted into a games room (games and books for children,). + 1WC. Two double bedrooms in a row.
We stay there very regularly for our holidays and take care of the quality of its equipment and its regular maintenance.
Equipment: TV, internet and WIFI (no extra charge), washing machine and dishwasher, oven, large fridge and separate freezer, ceramic hob, electric plancha.
Outside: large garden table, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue.
