Villa is situated in small village Duba Konavoska, with clear view on the top of the mountain Snjeznica. It is perfect for those who seek peace. With nature all around, fresh air, domestic animals and clear stars view you will find rest from city rush. The house have total privacy and it is isolated from other houses.

This place is perfect for guests who like to enjoy the sun and the nature, as they are close to the tourist center, but far enough to avoid crowds and keep their peace and privacy.

At the estate of almost 600 m2 there is a pleasant and relaxing space with a furnished terrace and sunbathing area, a swimming pool (24 m2) with access for the disabled, barbecue and garden.

The living room has a dining table, sofa, air conditioning and SAT LCD TV.
The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker and cooking utensils.

Simply amazing

Hidden paradise up in the mountains away from the bustle of the towns. The house has everything you need and more and the hosts are attentive and very lovely. Already booked again for next year. We loved this place

Somewhere in the middle of nowhere

Nice place in the hills about 30 minutes away from Dubrovnik. If you are seeking for a quiet and peaceful place this is where you should go. We have been here for a couple of days, visited Dubrovnik once and relaxed the rest of the time. The pool had not been cleaned in advanced and the dishes weren't clean.

Dear Julian, thank you for your comments. We are glad that you liked the house an quiet location. Also we appreciate critiques and try to improve ourselves. We have washed all dishes in the washing machine prior to your arrival. We understand that dishes may look old and there was some dirty part that we did not see and apologize for that. In any case we like to know the view of our guests and we will order new dishes and glasses for the rest of the season. Regarding the pool we must correct you as you were our first guests and first people to swim in the pool this season. Prior to your arrival we have emtied the pool cleaned it and put new water in. On the morning of your arrival we have cleaned the pool again. As the pool is in the village area it can often happen that some grass, small bug ect. end in the pool because of the wind and close location to the garden. We are very sorry you did not write to us if you had some issues during your stay as we would be happy to assist you. We are very glad you were our guests and wish you all the best. Ivka and family

Maison au coeur de la nature dans un petit village extrêmement calme il y a pas de commerces a proximité le plus proches est à 15minutes mais celà ne nous à pas empêché de passer un séjour inoubliable

Relaxing oasis with fantastic mountain views

One of the best properties we have ever stayed in - well equipped and beautiful house, stunning views , picturesque scenery and peaceful surroundings (though donkey next door was noisy occasionally but very funny! Very winding road which was extremely narrow at the very end!!
