STELLA MARIS spacious apartment, bright, with large terrace

Stella Maris is a wide and comfortable penthouse in La Spezia, at the 7th floor with elevator, with a large and pleasant terrace for your spring and summer breakfast and dinner.
The apartment
Our apartment is wide and full of light, decorated with taste and style; it has two nice bedrooms, a kitchen and a large living room; the terrace is large and very pleasant to live with a large shaded furnished area, covered by a wide shed and another sunny. Thanks to its seventh floor and a quiet street, the atmosphere is peaceful and very pleasant for families, couples, but also friend and, why not, singles!
It is equipped with a 32” TV cable connected with on demand free video service to watch plenty of movies, and it’s loaded with fiber wi-fi also for free. A washing machine is also present or, if you prefer, 50 meters far from the building only, you can find a laundry or, by crossing the road, a self-service laundry
Guests’ access:
You are welcome in all rooms of the apartment, according to your reservation. Only a storage room is not accessible, being dedicated to housekeeping staff.
The offered parking is related to a parking space in the inner courtyard condominium and it is for free and according to its availability. However, access to the courtyard is possible for small-displacement or medium-sized cars (according to the model). The street parking in our neighborhood is easy to find but subject to charges (blue stripes, € 0.50/h from 08.00 to 20.00, excluding holidays); however, there are some free parking spaces at about 200 meters from our apartment (white stripes).

We will be at you full disposal for any need you might have and to help for any information and suggestions, personally or by phone 24 hours a day
We will provide you, if you wish, a selection of what we consider to be the best places for your evenings and information to reach the tourist destinations.
In order to use all the devices and household appliances of the house and to access the necessary information useful for your stay, an easy-to-use guide in Italian and English will be at your disposal.
Others
AC available in the living room but enough to guarantee a pleasant ambience. Bed sheets and towels are at your disposal for free.
Check-in is possible between 1.00 pm and 11.00 pm. In case of accidents we can be flexible upon agreement. For arrivals in the morning a free luggage storage is possible
Check out shall be within 10am (we need it to prepare the house for the next guests).
The amount of € 2.5 each person per night up to a maximum of 5 nights (free for children under 16 years old) will be charged for local taxes and it must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The neighborhood:
Although decentralized compared to the other apartments of the town, those located in the railway station area, Stella Maris is well served: a shopping area, with food stores and restaurants, public transportation to reach the historical city center in 10 minutes, a huge shopping mall (centro commerciale Le Terrazze) at walk distance, with 16 restaurants, 90 stores, supermarket store, gym and swimming pool!
It’s position allows to reach all the most beautiful tourist destinations: the 5 Terre by train from La Spezia Migliarina station; the train reaches the 5 villages of Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso, from March to November, several times a day); the east coast by car or by bus (the villages of San Terenzo, Lerici, Fiascherino and Tellaro); the west coast by car or by (Portovenere); also, by boat and during summer, you can reach the islands of Palmaria and Tino (the pier is 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment) and some other villages of 5 Terre!

How to move:
Stella Maris is easy to reach: it is a short distance from the arrival of the highway (autostrada) junction that comes from the "La Spezia" exit, guaranteeing an extremely easy connection by car to the nearby Ligurian resorts up to Genoa (reachable in 1h) and the Tuscany old towns such as Pisa (45 '), Lucca (55'), Florence (1h 30 ') but also the Emilian Parma (1h 20'), Reggio (1h 20') and Bologna (2h). For those using public transport, Stella Maris can be reached in 10' walking from the Flixbus stop, by train 15' from La Spezia Migliarina station and 15' by using the bus (line #3) from "La Spezia Centrale" station to "Kennedy Center" bus stop or the #SC line with stop at "Istituto Cappellini, Viale Italia".
Once arrived, it will be easy to reach in 5' walking the stops of the public transport to the tourist areas such as Portovenere (line #P), Lerici and Tellaro (line #S) and in 15' walk the Migliarina railway station from which trains leave for the famous "5 Terre" (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso).
In summer, by public transport (lines #3 and #12) or after a 15' walk in the shade of the arcades of the sea front and along the city gardens, you can reach the ferry pier for the islands and tourist locations, reachable by sea.
For shopping and dinner in the restaurants and trattorias of the historic pedestrian center, you can use the public transport lines (5' with lines #3 or #12) or 15 minutes with a nice walk almost entirely protected by the arcades of via Vittorio Veneto. Do not forget the very close (10' walk) "Le Terrazze" shopping center with 90 shops, hypermarket, gym, swimming pool and 16 restaurants.
La Spezia is a town of 90,000 inhabitants on the Ligurian sea, which is part of the International Ligurian Sea Cetacean Sanctuary. La Spezia is in the middle of the marvelous Gulf that inspired the poets Byron and Shelly. It is from them that the gulf is called the “Golfo dei Poeti”, the Gulf of Poets.
