About this property
Beautiful, Updated, Spacious Home with Heated Pool.
You will be thrilled with our newly decorated, updated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The decor and colors are warm earth tones with a cozy, comfy feel. There is a large kitchen with adjoining eat in area with double sliding doors opening to the beautiful, screened in lanai overlooking the pool. There are TVs in each bedroom and living room, with DVD players in the all bedroom and living room. There is a large, separate laundry room with storage space. There is a 1st floor den area with a computer desk. Upstairs entertainment room with couch and recliner and a surround sound system with a projection unit. Elliptical machine upstairs as well. $150 per month electricity allowance for heating of the pool.

We have a very clean home and take much pride in it. Our home is in close proximity to everything you could want on a vacation. We have excellent restaurants and shopping, along with a grocery store (Publix) all within walking distance. Public transportation is also available to go most anywhere! The Cape Coral Library is state of the art and within 2 miles.
