Très belle semaine passée à St Jean de la Rivière, à deux pas de Barneville. Maison géniale, vraiment tout équipée, idéalement située à proximité de la plage et des commodités du camping( epicerie, restaurant, location vélos, ...) A recommander les yeux fermés

Maximum prijs voor minimum uitrusting

Het was niet zoals verwacht. Tuinmeubilair was erg karig. Je kan niet ontspannen buiten zitten, omdat er geen normale tafel met stoelen is. De slaapbank binnen is ook niet comfortabel om te zitten. Ben je met meerdere personen dan heb je een probleem om gezellig te zitten. Verder was alles aanwezig. Wat wel in de advertentie vermeld moet worden, is dat er in juli en augustus geen honden op het strand mogen.

Je vous trouve sévère quand vous dites prix maximum pour un équipement minimum. En effet, nous sommes dans les tarifs les moins élevés pour une location de 4 personnes avec le nécessaire en équipements pour votre détente. Nous sommes désolés que votre avis soit négatif, alors que vous aviez l'air satisfaite lors de votre départ. Les meubles de jardin comportent ce qu'il faut pour recevoir 4 personnes, ainsi qu'à l'intérieur. Vous aviez à votre disposition à l'extérieur une table de pique nique avec ses bancs pour 4 personnes, ainsi qu'une chaise longue et deux fauteuils. La location est à l'image des photos. Et nous sommes présent à la restitution des clefs, ce qui nous permet d'échanger sur ce qui vous à plu ou pas. Or vous nous avez répondu que tout était OK!!

Ferien im Cotentin

Wir haben trotz Regens eine schöne Ferienwoche in Barneville-Carteret verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut gelegen. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Von der Einrichtung her ist die Wohnung eher knapp gehalten. Es mangelt an geeigneten Schränken für die eigene Kleidung usw.. Auch die Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Handtücher im Bad sind sehr beschränkt. Der "Garten" ist wenig attraktiv und lädt nicht zum Aufenthalt ein. Das gilt auch für die Gartenmöbel. Dafür gibt es reichlich Spielzeug und Bücher für kleine Kinder, die wir nicht gebraucht haben. Geschirr und Besteck sind ebenfalls reichlich vorhanden. Bei den Kochtöpfen und Schüsseln gäbe es noch Ergänzungsbedarf. Bei der Bettwäsche gibt es zwei gute Decken, die anderen sind nur synthetische Tagesdecken, die in einen Bezug eingezogen werden können. Wir würden empfehlen die Wohnung einmal unter praktischen Gesichtspunkten durchzugehen und besser einzurichten. Das würde sie sehr aufwerten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Bei einem kleineren Problem, das wir hatten, wurde uns sofort geholfen. Zum Einkaufen kann man zum Minimarkt des nahegelegenen Campingplatzes oder (mit dem Auto/Fahrrad) in den nahegelegenen Ort.

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus in St.Jean de la riviere war sehr gelungen.Es hat in der Innenausstattung an nichts gefehlt! Kinderspielzeug,Reisebett,Töpfchen,Spiele,Sandkasten waren ,mehr als genug,vorhanden.Die Lage ist in der Vorsaison sehr ruhig.Auch der Strand ist fussläufig leicht zu erreichen.Die kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief angenehm unkompliziert.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Notre premier séjour avec ABRITEL

Nous regrettons que le montant total de notre location ait du être réglé quatre mois avant la date effective de nos vacances. La montant de la caution versée à l'entrée dans la location est trop élevé.

Wunderbar erholsam unter dem Rauschen des Meeres, Wandern, Essen, Cidre

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man sich wünscht und ist insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern geeignet; Spielzeug ist in fast jedem Zimmer zu finden. Die Einrichtung bietet alles notwendige. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Ein Strandsparziergang nach Port Pail ist zwar anstrengend aber richtig schön. Große Städte wird man nicht finden aber dafür superkleine Ortschaften, man fühlt sich um Jahrhunderte zurückgesetzt, wie in einer Filmkulisse aus alter Zeit. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal und sei es nur um zu speisen wie zum Beispiel Galette, einfach lecker. Salut francais

Entspannte Ferien in Haus in Strandnähe

Tolle Ferien in einem schönen Haus in toller Lage mit Strandnähe. Der Strand ist hier wunderschön und ruhig. Auch für Hunde ganz toll. Wir haben den Urlaub im Haus sehr genossen. Alles nötige war im Haus vorhanden. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und flexibel. Vielen Dank!

Maison tres agreable dans un environnement au calme situee a 500 metres de la mer ! une maison propre et tres tres bien equipee rien ne manquait et les proprietaires Nathalie et Stephane qui sont bien sympatique ont vraiment penses a tout ! Strandnahes Domizil. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Parallel-Straße zum sensationell abwechslungsreichen und weitläufigen Strand. Wir wurden von den sehr symphatischen Eigentümern herzlich begrüßt und unkompliziert in alles eingewiesen. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten (Wohnzimmer mit offen angrenzender Küche und Essbereich im Erdgeschoss, zwei Schlafräume und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche oben). Leider gibt es unten kein zusätzliches Bad oder WC mehr, was mitunter unpraktisch ist. Die Möblierung ist schlicht aber durchaus gemütlich. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren nicht überragend, aber hinreichend gut. Vor und hinter dem Haus steht ein genügend großer Außenbereich zur Verfügung um vorhandene Liegestühle oder Sitzgelegenheiten je nach Sonnenstand und Windeinwirkung zu nutzen. Internet (WLAN) funktionierten gut. Ein kleines TV war vorhanden, die Senderauswahl beschränkte sich hauptsächlich auf eine kleine Auswahl französicher Programme. Die Warmwasserversorgung funktionierte super, auch dann, wenn gleich mehrere Duschen hintereinander gebraucht wurden. Das Haus verfügt über ein Lüftungssystem. Je nach Witterung sicher auch ein plus. Zusammenfassung: Wir hatten dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub, in einem gemütlichen, sauberen Haus, indem alles funktionierte, was man braucht. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier selbst in der Hauptreisezeit genau richtig. Schöne Wochenmärkte in Portbail und Barneville und verschiedene andere kleine Sehenswürdigkeiten gibts in der Nähe. Das nahe Carteret bietet zudem Fährverbindungen nach Jersey und Guernsey (wenn auch abhängig vom Gezeitenstand). Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Un séjour parfait et reposant

Nous avons passés une belle semaine dans cette région. La location est idéale, il ne manque rien, elle est parfaite avec un enfant en bas âge, tout est pensé pour se sentir comme à la maison, surtout la chambre d'enfant remplie de jouets ! Notre petit garçon a apprécié la "petite maison de la plage" ! Et des propriétaires très sympathiques, et accueillants, nous y retournerons. À recommander

Schöne Lage, gute Erholung garantiert!
