A cozy and functionally furnished studio apartment in a great location on the border of the Old and New Town. The ground floor flat, very bright and quiet. Spacious room with a double sofa bed, wardrobe, table, cable TV and internet. The bedroom annex has a comfortable, 2-bed hotel. Separate kitchen is fully equipped with a small fridge with freezer, oven, gas hob and washing machine.

Location in the immediate vicinity of the most representative parts of the city - the Old Town and the New Town Square, next to the Krasińskich Square, the seat of the Supreme Court, the Theater Academy and the beautiful and picturesque Krasińskich Park with public transport stops. Ratusz Arsenał Metro Station is about 600 m away. At the bottom of the building there are grocery and industrial stores, a café and a pizzeria. Within a two-minute walk there is Długa Street and New Town Market Square, Barbakan, Podwale along with numerous restaurants with Polish and international cuisine, and cafes.
