There is one king-size double bedroom (can be a twin on request) with ensuite shower room with walk in shower, basin and WC. Another on the first floor is a king size double with ensuite bathroom, with one double and a second floor twin. Original styling is mixed with modern touches throughout, along with a first floor bathroom with shower over, basin and WC.
It has a kitchen, dining room and sitting room with wood burning stove, adding homely and comfortable touches. The nearest shop and pub are only a five minute walk away. One pet is allowed. Note: This property can booked with Kings Cottage North (Ref: 988964) to accommodate up to 10 guests. Note: Access is shared between both properties - and can be enclosed with the gate. Walkers, riders and cyclists are particularly well served by the multitude of footpaths, bridleways and cycle routes which run along the valley while a walk up to the old Ox Drove on the chalk ridge above will be richly rewarded by the sweeping views.
