Single house in Lixouri, 600m from the center of the city and the harbour.
The property provides one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, bathroom, fully equiped kitchen including oven, dish washer, fridge, nespresso and coffee maker, toaster, micro wave, and washing machine.
In the living room area you can find flat TV 32 ", full home cinema, one large couch (accomodating 2 persons for sleep) and another fixed couch.
All windows have anti-mosquitos installation. You can use the two air conditions (one in bedroom and one in living room area).
On the backyard you can have your meals using the big marble table and the afternnon you can use the front balcony.
The neighborhood is very quite and you will need about 7 minutes walk to reach the center of the city.

Why they chose this property

This property is my hollidays family home. I renovate it at 2004 and at 2018 I made all necessary repairs. During the summer, depend of reservations I keep some days for me family too. As you can understand is kept in excellent condition and is equipped with all the necessities for a family.

What makes this property unique

The property is located about 30m from the yacht marina and 600m from the main sqare of Lixouri. Very close you can find bakery, three supermarkets, fruit and vegetable market. The closest beach is about 2.5 km. At 500m you can reach the ferry boat so in 1/2 hour you can be in Argostoli (the capital).
