Spacious and comfortabel house in Klagon (Tema)
This is a nice Villa situated in Klagon in the Greater Accra region. It is a new developed area. It is a town that is between Tema and Accra! This place is a 25/30 min drive to Accra or Tema centre. The beach is just 10-15 min drive! In the neighborhood there are many shops and local restaurants to buy food drinks and other stuff. The house also contains a Kitchen and Terrace that is available for everyone. Airport ferry is available for additional costs
The villa have an unique appearance. The architecture of the house is designed with natural stones that are imported of Ghana itself. The floor is designed with tiles that have been bought from the local Ghanians. Every room have his own bathroom which contains a shower and toilet. The most beautiful aspect of this house is the large almost 360 terrace that can be found on the third floor. The second floor also contains an terrace that is available for others
The guest have access to the biggest part of the building.
WIFI and electricity is available but the cost for top up are for the guest. It is not so expensive, contact me for more information.
