On Langø north of Kerteminde is this cottage with a beautiful view of the sea. The house is located approx. 185 m from one coast to the south and approx. 300 m from the other coast to the north. The cottage has a bright, combined living / dining room with direct access to the house's conservatory and on to the terrace. The living room is also equipped with TV and digital TV system with foreign channels. The kitchen was renovated and got new appliances in 2021, among others. induction hob, oven, refrigerator of 200 l and cabinet freezer of 41 l and extra freezer of 70 l in the outbuilding. There is a large double bedroom, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed for two people. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating and a guest toilet. The cottage has a covered outdoor kitchen with large gas grill with hob and kitchen table with sink. The cottage is located on an 840 m2 large natural plot with a swing, which borders a large, protected nature area. Langø is known for good bathing conditions and a natural area with a number of smaller islands, which are protected during the birds' breeding season. Not for rent to youth groups.
