Soluzione mediocre appartamento accogliente, Purtroppo il palazzo è situato in una zona periferica in prossimità di scavi abbandonati e sporcizia, che purtroppo, inesorabilmente declassa la casa. Appartamento accogliente, silenzioso e pulito con tutti i comfor, ben accessoriato, bagno essenziale, piatto doccia piccolo e non curato, parcheggio disponibile.
