La Morera, as it is called, is a completely independent villa, with a garden of about 500m, a front terrace of about 24m and one in the back of about 40m, with barbecue and a parking area for two cars inside. It is located about 3 minutes walk to the beach and the promenade, where we can find, restaurants, bars, etc., We admit educated pets. The house is about 6km from Conil and about 12km from Vejer
