In a Villa s ground floor is located 44 m² apartment in a peaceful suburb of the town of Zadar, only 80 meters far from the sea. It is approximately 20 minutes away from the town center in walking distance (some 1200 m), and in only 5 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beach of the town of Zadar, called Uskok.
Apartment is 44 m² big and brand new with a view of sea and half island. It s a one bedroom apartment with a living room, bathroom, dining room and kitchen. It s in the quiet family neighborhood .

This air-conditioned apartment with modern conveniences is 44 m² big and it is composed of a dining-room, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, microwave) an electric cooking-stove, an oven, a refrigerator, tableware and cutlery, bathroom with a toilet, a shower, as well as bedroom and living room (couch).
We are trying to provide to our guests all the useful information and we are happy to answer any question they have. While guests stay in our apartment we are discrete, but always on their disposal for anything they may need. The apartment is new, has one bedroom, bathroom, living room and a kitchen.Nearby( 400m) are markets, restaurants, marina Uskok and marina Borik, kids playground and few beautiful beaches(Uskok & Borik).
