A luxury detached holiday home with lots of privacy and views of a nature reserve and a 5-minute walk from the beach. The house was renovated in 2018 and has a spacious living room with open kitchen. In total 4 bedrooms including 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom and two bathrooms.

Great comfort, use of beach house and two bicycles available! Within a few minutes you can walk or cycle to the cozy Zoutenlande or Westkapelle, but enjoy peace and space at home!

Decorated with care and taste and focused on a pleasant stay. TV (foreign package), dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, 2 fridges, oven, microwave, kitchen appliances, bed linen, towels, tourist tax, all included!
Downstairs you have two bedrooms and 1 shower room. Upstairs you will find 2 large double bedrooms (with box springs) and a bathroom with a double sink and rain shower.

Es war eine wunderbare Woche in dem liebevoll eingerichteten und hellen Ferienhaus. Wir waren zu sechst unterwegs (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder/Jugendliche) und hatten genug Platz, super waren die zwei Bäder. Auch die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet! Die beiden Fahrräder waren für uns perfekt und wir haben sie oft genutzt ebenso das Strandhäusen. Der Kontakt zu Vincent war sehr nett und wir waren mit allem rundum zufrienden.

Das Haus ist groß und geräumig und mit allem erdenklichen Komfort ausgestattet: Spülmaschine Waschmaschine Bügeleisen verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen zwei Fahrräder etc. Der Strand ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt und Walcheren lädt zu Fahrradtouren ein

Tolles Haus in bester Lage

Wir haben im März 2025 eine Woche in diesem schönen und gepflegten Haus Urlaub gemacht und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Haus ist bestens und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Man merkt sofort, dass hier der sympathische und freundliche Gastgeber Vincent sich persönlich um alles kümmert. In nur 10 Gehminuten erreicht man den Aufgang zum kilometerlangen Strand von Westkapelle. Auch außerhalb der Badesaison bestens geeignet für lange Spaziergänge und einen Drink oder mehr in den zahlreichen Strandpavillons. In die hübschen und interessanten Städtchen der Umgebung ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Alles in allem ein gelungener, leider viel zu kurzer Urlaub!

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist wunderschön gestaltet, hochwertig und vollständig ausgestattet und der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften zum zweiten Mal Gast in diesem Haus sein und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt!

Urlaub im September

Sehr schönes, sauberes und voll ausgestattetes Haus. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Vincent, der Vermieter ist sehr angenehm, hat man so, nicht oft. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten ein paar schöne Tage, was natürlich auch mit der Unterkunft zu tun hat.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten. Besonders das Strandhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Am Strand sind schöne Restaurants mit Blick aufs Meer. Allerdings muss zuerst die Düne überquert werden. Viele Stufen rauf und wieder herunter.

Wir haben ein super ausgestattetes, sauberes Haus vorgefunden, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Spaziergänge an der Nordsee konnten wir jederzeit machen. An stürmischen Tagen war der Besuch von Veere, Oostkapelle auf unserem Programm. Der Markt in Middelburg am Donnerstag war sehr beeindruckend, dort haben wir Kippeling genossen und uns mit Käse eingedeckt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder nach Zeeland.

Ruime super schone mooie woning.

Met 6 personen geweest, ruimte genoeg. Lekkere bedden en mooie douche. Enorm gastvrij ontvangen. Dicht bij strand. Mooi uitzicht op natuurgebiedje. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug.
