Antica Masseria Adamo- Lycian House

Casa Licia, in ancient times it was a stable and still preserves the original manger and the stone floor "cuticchie". It is a spacious studio apartment with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. It has all the necessary comforts to spend a relaxing stay between sea and Iblea nature. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people.


In Sampieri, a small fishing village, in an environment of particular landscape interest, an ancient natural stone farmhouse with sea view was born. The ancient farmhouse has 3 apartments of different sizes, which open into a large internal courtyard with garden, where in the center there is an olive tree and typical Sicilian jasmine with an intense aroma. From the dock you can observe the breathtaking and varied landscape, ranging from the Mediterranean scrub to the fields of almonds, olive trees and carob trees. A large parking area of 1000 square meters is available to guests. fenced and 6 bicycles. .
A few kilometers away you can admire the wonders of the Baroque: Scicli, Modica, Ragusa, Noto, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Let yourself be captivated by the sun, by the colors and scents of Sicily, in the places that frame the famous TV series of the Commissioner "Montalbano".

Una gradita sorpresa

Una casa molto accogliente pulita e fresca, molto attrezzata, molto più di quanto ci si possa aspettare da una casa vacanze. Una casa vacanze è abitualmente una base per trascorrere giornate al mare o alla scoperta dei dintorni, ma qui l'ambiente è così curato e confortevole da indurre a passarvi qualche ora di assoluto relax con grande piacere. L'accoglienza e l'assistenza sono attente e cortesi e non mancano mai preziose indicazioni sui dintorni. La casa si trova a pochi minuti da un piccolo borgo tranquillo con ampia spiaggia e bosco di eucalipti. È un'ottima base per la scoperta di questo territorio, a cominciare dalla bellissima Scicli, comune di riferimento.

un luogo tranquillo dal sapore antico

ho trascorso a Casa Licia un piacevolissimo periodo di vacanza. La casa risponde pienamente a tutte le descrizioni dell'annuncio. Alla suggestione estetica del bel casale recuperato con cura ed all'ampio spazio esterno attrezzato, si aggiunge la presenza di un arredo e attrezzature per la casa funzionali a tutte le necessità ( dalla lavatrice al forno microonde, dai detergenti per la casa e l'igiene personale alla biancheria da letto e bagno ai quali si aggiungono attrezzature per la spiaggia: ombrellone , spiaggette , teli da bagno). Un grazie alla cortese ed attenta accoglienza della signora Valentina , sempre presente per qualsiasi necessità ed informazione. Buona anche la posizione della casa dalla quale facilmente si possono raggiungere facilmente belle spiagge (alcuni lidi attrezzati, ma soprattutto per chi ama luoghi incontaminati ampie distese libere di sabbia finissima) e visitare luoghi di particolare pregio come Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Noto). Semplicemente "magnifico"...

Non so da dove iniziare.... Siamo arrivati e abbiamo trovato un casale identico alle foto presenti sul sito. Dotato di ogni confort. ... come a casa propria. Nel frigo una torta di benvenuto, acqua, latte, caffè, marmellate, olio, vino, aceto, zucchero e sale. C'erano persino shampo bagnoschiuma e tanto altro. La ragazza che ci ha accolto "valentina" è stata a dir poco "eccezionale"... una persona colta e discreta, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ci ha coccolati e "viziati" per tutto il ns. Soggiorno senza essere assolutamente invadente. Cosa dire... un posto meraviglioso in una posizione strategica, comodo a qualsiasi località fossimo interessati a visitare. Luogo tranquillo x una vacanza da sogno. Siamo appena tornati e vorremmo già tornare. Siamo stati in molte altre case vacanze ma come questa non ne abbiamo mai trovate. Consigliamo questa casa vacanza a tutti. Grazie cara Valentina che hai saputo rendere la ns. Vacanza meravigliosa.

Relax in una dimora tradizionale siciliana

Abbiamo trascorso un'ottima vacanza di 3 settimane presso casa Lidia. La casa ristrutturata rispettando al meglio gli elementi architettonici dell'antica stalla della masseria è dotata di tutti i confort per vivere al meglio la vacanza. La casa è perfettamente adatta ad ospitare dei bambini. La struttura e l'ubicazione in collina garantiscono una perfetta ventilazione anche durante le ore più calde, senza necessità di aria condizionata. Comoda per raggiungere il mare e per visitare le meraviglie della Val di Noto. Ospitalità tipica siciliana e cortesia elevata da parte dei proprietari.

Ottimo soggiorno!

E stata una vacanza fantastica..Casa Licia e davvero come la trovate descritta...in più avvolta da una magia di altri tempi grazie ad un restauro fatto ad hoc. Ospitalità meravigliosa grazie a Valentina che ci ha accompagnato fino all ultimo..la casa e dotata di qualsiasi cosa...non occorre portarsi nulla, persino i giochi per il mare alla nostra piccola ! Inoltre è freschissima spaziosa e molto elegante nell arredamento gode di un silenzio rilassante...Insomma...coerente con la descrizione lo consiglierei a chiunque!

un posto magnifici

Una masseria ristruttura con il massimo rispetto dell'ambiente circostante e della struttura antica. Io e Massimo abbiamo alloggiato in casa Licia ...cucina attrezzatissima arredamento di gusto e tutto molto pulito. Il riposo é assicurato é un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la Sicilia barocca . La bella spiaggia di Sampieri é nelle vicinanze e ci si arriva comodamente con le biciclette messe a disposizione dalla proprietaria. Abbiamo molto gradito l'omaggio degli ottimi prodotti locali. Un grazie affettuoso a Valentina e a Maria Rosa per la squisita gentilezza e disponibilità. Questo luogo ci rimarrà sempre nel cuore

Ospitalità speciale

La torta in frigo all'arrivo è stato il primo segno che l'ospitalità di Maria Rosa e Valentina è speciale. Durante il nostro soggiorno non ci siamo sentiti clienti, ma ospitati come parte della famiglia. La casa è esattamente come descritta e come presentata nelle foto, l'abbiamo trovata pulitissima e fornita di ogni cosa, come mai ci era capitato. E' stata una vacanza veramente piacevole, rilassante e interessante: le vicine città barocche di Scicli, Modica e Ragusa sono proprio imperdibili.

Relax a due passi dal mare

Ho trascorso una settimana in questa bella struttura di Sampieri. Poco distante dal mare del quale si gode una splendida vista dal patio antistante la casa, attrezzatissima all'interno....addirittura vengono messi a disposizione gli asciugamani da spiaggia, per non parlare dello shampoo, il bagno schiuma, gli accappatoi in microfibra.! Non avevo mai trovato una tale organizzazione! La proprietaria, contattata solo telefonicamente,é molto gentile e disponibile; molto accorta al benessere degli ospiti. Ad accoglierci la perfetta Valentina, sempre pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problema e, a richiesta, ottima cuoca di delizie siciliane. Decisamente un posto piacevole sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Bellissima casa, ottimo servizio

Ho passato una settimana presso Casa Licia, Antica Masseria. I servizi offerti sono maggiori e migliori di quelli che mi aspettavo. Casa Licia era pulita, ordinata, in ottimo stato ed attrezzatissima. Pur mantenendo un fascino rurale, era ricca di piccole e grandi attenzioni molto apprezzate. Dalle biciclette gratuite ad un ricco regalo di benvenuto (olio, aceto, vino, marmellata). La proprietaria è stata disponibile e cortese, seppure l'abbia contattata solo tramite mail o telefonicamente, ma la persona che ci ha accolto e poi seguito durante tutta la nostra permanenza è stata veramente eccezionale: ottima professionalità, attenzione, gentilezza. Spesso, su richiesta, ci ha cucinato ottimi piatti siciliani. Il mare intorno è sabbioso. Non eccezionale. Le spiagge più belle sono affollatissime, ma è possibile trovare tratti di litorale più appartati. Comunque non troppo turistiche. Due cene fuori: una in agriturismo non distante dalla casa. Ottima, abbondante ed economica. Certamente consiglio quest'immobile. Vivamente. Gabriele

tra mare e campagna

Ho trascorso una bella vacanza in casa Licia; la residenza corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione; l'alloggio è fornito di tutto punto ...e anche oltre!!! accurata la pulizia e l'accoglienza. Vacanza senz'altro da ripetere e da consigliare. Un caro saluto alla Signore Valentina e Maria Rosa.

Una vacanza indimenticabile

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a casa Licia questo giugno e siamo stati contentissimi della nostra scelta ! La casa è perfetta per due persone, pulita, silenziosa, fresca sia di giorno che di notte; è attrezzatissima, con tutto quello che si può desiderare, sia per la cucina che per la spiaggia, biancheria etc. La Signora che gestisce la casa è gentilissima e premurosa. Il paesaggio è incantevole e Sampieri è un paesino delizioso, da cui si possono facilmente raggiungere in auto le più belle città barocche della Sicilia Nulla di negativo da segnalare, perciò casa Melina è luogo perfetto per una vacanza in questa bellissima terra !

Perfect Place for a holiday in Sicily

We stayed in Casa Licia for one week in october and felt instantly corfortable. It's a beautiful place and perfectly equipped with everything you need. Sampieri is also the perfect place to explore the south of Sicily.

Excellent base for our travels around the South

We stayed in Casa Lucia for a week and it was a fantastic location - the bikes are a great help in getting around Sampiera, Marina de Modica and further afield if you are up for it with the heat!! The apartment has everything you could possibly need including beach chairs and the very much needed parasol, a microwave, hob and huge fridge freezer and a washing machine. Hairdryer and Iron also provided which is very helpful. We traveled throughout the south visiting Ragusa, Sicicli, Donnalucata, Modica and found some amazing beaches off the beaten track. We also traveled up to Taormina which was a bit of a drive and so did an excursion to Etna on another day from Modica. Overall I would highly recommend these apartments - it is like home away from home and although there are 3 separate places there is privacy - we hardly saw the other people staying and you each have your own space which is lovely and it is very peaceful being out of the town but close enough to cycle or drive down in 2 minutes. We ate at La Spiaggetti twice because it was amazing!
